Week 14 Fantasy Football Flex Rankings for Superflex, 2-QB leagues image

Week 13 was one of the best weeks for fantasy quarterbacks of the 2020 season, and it further demonstrates why the position can be so valuable. Even with Justin Herbert putting up a complete clunker against the Patriots, 22 of the top 50 scorers in fantasy football last week were quarterbacks, according to fantasydata.com. Even Russell Wilson, who had his worst game of the season, ended up being a top-50 play. That just goes to show that QBs will always have a high floor/ceiling combination, and it's why our Week 14 fantasy Superflex rankings will continue to value QBs at a high rate.

With bye weeks now over, the only reason not to roll with two QBs in a Superflex league is if you have injured passers on your roster. If you're a Drew Brees (ribs) owner who doesn't have Taysom Hill, then you might have to go with a RB or WR that you would otherwise bench. Their floors won't be anywhere as close to the floor of the QB, but if you only have one starting passer, there's not much you can do but take a chance with a high-ceiling player.

WEEK 14 STANDARD RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

That said, if you do have two starters available, you almost have to play them. Sure, starting a guy like Nick Mullens against a stellar Washington defense may not be a fun move, but even against the Bills last week, Mullens was able to eclipse 20 fantasy points thanks to garbage time. It will be harder to do against Washington, but at the very least, he should have a shot at double digits.

WEEK 14 FANTASY: SleepersBustsStart 'em, sit 'em

The same can be said of the likes of Alex Smith, Daniel Jones, Drew Lock, and Cam Newton. Their matchups don't look great, but they have high floors and higher ceilings than almost any player in fantasy because of their TD potential. Trusting them is better than banking on Miles Sanders in a tough matchup against the Saints or having to rely on a boom-or-bust playmaker like Brandin Cooks against a good defense. And in truth, no matter how bad a QB matchup looks, all it takes is one passing TD to outperform a good chunk of the flex plays available.

WEEK 14 PPR RANKINGS:
