It was Chris Godwin’s big day in Week 12 as the talented Buccaneers wideout put up a slate-leading 40.4 DraftKings points. Jarvis Landry, Leonard Fournette, Lamar Jackson, DJ Moore, Christian McCaffrey, Ryan Tannehill, Derrick Henry and Sam Darnold all scored over 30 points as well. Once again, there are a number of stellar value NFL DFS plays this week, so let’s get right into it.

NFL DFS Picks Week 13: QB sleepers, values
Carson Wentz: Eagles vs. Dolphins (DraftKings $5,800 | FanDuel $7,300)
Since the Eagles are 5-6 and in need of a victory, their matchup against the lowly Dolphins comes at the perfect time. Over the last five weeks, Wentz has been sacked at least three times per game and hasn’t thrown more than one touchdown in any game, which could keep his ownership lower than expected. Baker Mayfield carved up this Dolphins defense for 324 yards and three touchdowns last week, and Wentz will be fully expected to put his team on his back against one of the NFL’s worst teams (and defenses).
Nick Foles: Jaguars vs. Buccaneers (DraftKings $5,700 | FanDuel $7,500)
The Buccaneers defense has allowed 289.9 passing yards per game (second-most in the NFL) and in two games since returning from injury, Foles has attempted 48 and 47 passes, respectively, amassing 296 and then 272 yards. While he has found the end zone just twice in those games, his price is appealing across the industry and he will look to build chemistry with his receivers throughout the rest of the season. This is the perfect matchup for them to break out.
Andy Dalton: Bengals vs. Giants (DraftKings $4,700 | FanDuel $6,000)
He’s baaack! Ryan Finley has been benched, and Dalton will start against the Jets on Sunday. While this is only a slightly above-average matchup, Dalton’s price is too appealing to ignore across the industry. It’s also worth noting that AJ Green (toe) is labeled as day-by-day and could return this week. If he does, Dalton’s upside will instantly increase.
WEEK 13 NON-PPR RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker
Week 13 DraftKings, FanDuel Picks: RB sleepers, values
Phillip Lindsay: Broncos vs. Chargers (DraftKings $5,000 | FanDuel $6,300)
While the Broncos suffered an embarrassing loss last week and generated just three points, a couple factors are working in Lindsay’s favor this week. First, he had 14 touches for 68 yards last week while Royce Freeman has just four touches for 29 yards. At this point, it seems like Lindsay has a firm hold on the majority of the work in what was formerly a 50/50 timeshare. Secondly, rookie Drew Lock could start. Therefore, it seems reasonable to assume that establishing the run will be an important goal for Denver’s offense (that's true if Brandon Allen starts, too).
Kareem Hunt: Browns at Steelers (DraftKings $5,500 | FanDuel $5,900)
Hunt was listed as a co-starter last week and has received an average of 11 touches over his first three games with the Browns. While Nick Chubb is firmly entrenched as the lead back, Hunt’s versatility and impact in the passing game could come in handy against the Steelers, who rank 11th against the run (allowing 103.5 rushing yards per game).
Jonathan Williams: Colts vs. Titans (DraftKings $5,300 | FanDuel $6,800)
Out of nowhere, Williams carried the ball 26 times for 104 yards and a touchdown and also caught three passes for 17 yards in what was supposed to be a running back by committee situation last week. Since Marlon Mack didn’t even see that kind of volume when he was healthy, Williams instantly became someone to consider across the DFS landscape. He will be chalky, but at this price tag, he’s hard to get off of.

FanDuel, DraftKings Picks Week 13: WR sleepers, values
Dede Westbrook: Jaguars vs. Buccaneers (DraftKings $5,000 | FanDuel $5,700)
If you like the fact that Nick Foles has attempted 95 passes over his last two games, found Westbrook for eight catches on nine targets for 69 yards last week and that Tampa Bay’s defense is designed as a pass funnel, then you should roster Westbrook this week. Simple as that.
Odell Beckham Jr.: Browns at Steelers (DraftKings $6,700 | FanDuel $7,300)
Anyone else see OBJ’s price tag and think, “this is way too cheap”? He has seen an average of 10 targets over his last three games, is coming off an 8-84-1 game and has become a prominent part of the Browns offense once again. And since Jarvis Landry has outperformed him numerous times this season, including last week, he is a stellar tournament option since he might not attract as much ownership as you think.
Robby Anderson: Jets at Bengals (DraftKings $4,800 | FanDuel $6,100)
Anderson showed his big-play ability when he hauled in four catches for 85 yards and a touchdown last week against the Raiders. Winners of three-straight games, the Jets are trying to win and have scored exactly 34 points in each of those contests. Anderson could use that breakout game as a stepping stone for an even better performance against the winless Bengals and their beatable secondary.
WEEK 13 PPR RANKINGS: Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end
Week 13 NFL DFS Picks: TE sleepers, values
Tyler Higbee: Rams at Cardinals (DraftKings $2,500 | FanDuel $5,500)
While he is priced up too high on FanDuel, Higbee is the stone minimum on DraftKings this week. He’s caught 8-of-10 targets for just 42 yards over the last two weeks and has been utilized within the Rams offense. Although Gerald Everett (knee) is day-to-day and could play on Sunday, you can do a lot worse in the min-price range if you are building a stars and scrubs lineup. He’s a much better play if Everett sits, though.
Jack Doyle: Colts vs. Titans (DraftKings $3,300 | FanDuel $5,000)
Since Eric Ebron (ankle) is out for the rest of the season, expect Jacoby Brissett and the Colts offense to lean on Doyle at the tight end position. He’s received four or five targets in each of the last five weeks and has scored a pair of touchdowns in that span. Although his upside is capped due to the way Indy generally uses him (short passes to move the chains), he can easily pay off his salary if he finds paydirt.

Week 13 NFL DFS values: D/ST sleepers
Jacksonville D/ST: Jaguars vs. Buccaneers (DraftKings $3,300 | FanDuel $4,400)
Jameis Winston has thrown 15 interceptions over his last six games and has turned the ball over 24 times in 11 starts this season. Until he can take care of the football, it’s hard not to like any defense’s upside against him.
