Week 13 Fantasy Football Flex Rankings for Superflex, 2-QB leagues image

Week 12 wasn't a great one for the quarterback position, and yet they were still the most productive position group in fantasy football (despite Derek Carr and Kendall Hinton doing their damndest to bring them down). Of the top 50 scorers of the week, 19 of them were quarterbacks, according to fantasydata.com. The top 50 was a bit less top-heavy with quarterbacks than usual thanks to monster games from Tyreek Hill and Derrick Henry, but even still, more than half of the NFL QBs that started last week cracked the top 50. That just shows the strength of the position, and it's why our Week 13 fantasy Superflex rankings will continue to encourage fantasy owners to play two quarterbacks if they can.

At this point in the season, the only reason not to start two quarterbacks is because of injuries at the position. If you had Daniel Jones as your No. 2 QB and don't have a replacement, rolling with an RB or WR is fine. They won't have as high of a floor as another passer, but if you can't get another QB, perhaps a certain flex could do well enough to keep your lineup afloat.

WEEK 13 STANDARD RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

That said, if you're not dealing with injuries, there isn't much of a reason to sit a second quarterback. Sure, Colt McCoy and Brandon Allen aren't exciting options, nor is Alex Smith in a tough matchup against the Steelers, but at least their floors are much higher than than those of the players below them, such as Marquise Brown, T.J. Hockenson, and Zack Moss.

WEEK 13 FANTASY: Sleepers | BustsStart 'em, sit 'em

Even if they don't come through until late or in garbage time, Allen, McCoy, Smith, and Nick Mullens will have a chance to be solid superflex plays. It's not likely that they'll have a breakout game, but even if their production is modest, that will be enough to make them better than the boom-or-bust playmakers on the slate. No matter how bad the matchup looks, all it takes is one passing TD to pay off as a starter in superflex leagues.

WEEK 13 PPR RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker
