Week 13 DraftKings Picks: NFL DFS lineup advice for cash games image

Last week, our DraftKings lineup was beautiful. Our  DraftKings cash lineup smashed  with 183.66 points thanks to Christian McCaffrey and Nick Chubb allowing us to play them and basically log off. This gets  the cash game log  average to 155.57 points  on the season , and we're going to be looking for similar success with our DraftKings cash lineup for NFL DFS Week 13.

It's relief to not consider paying the premium at tight end in cash this Sunday in our cash game lineup. And there are plenty of cheap QB plays too, so we were able to spend down there and save money for the other seven roster spots. Here's a look at our DraftKings cash lineup for Week 13, including my Sunday morning update.

Week 13 Rankings:
Quarterback | Running Back | Wide Receiver | Tight End | D/ST  | Kicker

NFL Week 13 DraftKings Cash Lineup

For DraftKings' NFL Week 13 Sunday slate featuring 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. ET games.

QB Andrew Luck, Colts @ Jaguars ($5,800). The latest Stefon Diggs injury news gets us off Cousins and with $300 to spare moving up for Luck, who's topped 20 DK in eight straight games. Jacksonville's formerly deterrant pass D has allowed the 10th-most per attempt over the past three games .

PREVIOUS: QB Kirk Cousins, Vikings @ Patriots ($5,500). We only need 16.5 DraftKings points to hit the targeted 3X here, which Cousins has done in eight of his past nine games. The one exception is when the Vikings suffocated Detroit early and only needed to drop back and pass 22 times. There should be a far different game flow expected when the Vikes visit Tom Brady and the Patriots, so that will make Cousins a high-volume option.

FRIDAY UPDATE:   RB Spencer Ware, Chiefs @ Raiders ($4,000). The last time Ware topped an Andy Reid depth chart, he saw at least 17 touches in five of his last six regular season games back in 2016. Ware's returned from injury this year and now returns to his former role.

PREVIOUS: RB Kareem Hunt, Chiefs @ Raiders ($7,800).  Unlike last week when the RB pool was mostly prohibitive for cash games outside of  CMC and Chubb , this one provides more interesting options at the premium and mid-tiers. However, Hunt's more locked in for production and has both a better game script and matchup than other high-cost options. I'll take the 15-touch floor for the double-digit favorites in Oakland.

WEEK 13 DFS CASH LINEUPS:  Yahoo FanDuel

RB Aaron Jones, Packers vs. Cardinals ($6,700).  We will hit mid-tiers at RB2 by snagging Aaron Jones at $1,600 off the positional ceiling and cheaper than seven other backs on slate. The Packers enter must-win territory and start by hosting the two-score dog Cardinals, who rank bottom-10 in DraftKings points allowed to the RB position. That makes Jones a more than solid value for Week 13.

WR Brandin Cooks, Rams @ Lions ($7,000).  The Lions want to grind out long drives and play keep-away from the opposition. However, personnel losses have sunk that and Detroit has fallen to eighth in time of possession and fifth in opponent plays over their past three games — so nothing to game-fade over. At $7K flat, Cooks is worth the investment in a good matchup, especially since he's coming off consecutive games of 12 targets.

WR Kenny Golladay, Lions vs. Rams ($6,700).  Thanksgiving against the Bears actually turned out surprisingly decent for Golladay, as he hit the league's best defense for 90 yards on eight targets. With projected high passing volume as the Lions in catch-up mode hosting McVay and Co., targets will likely be funneled to Golladay, the league's target-leader since Week 10.

WEEK 13 DFS GPP LINEUPS: Yahoo | FanDuel DraftKings

FRIDAY UPDATE: WR Julio Jones, Falcons vs. Ravens ($7,700).  Moving up to snag Julio's floor with six straight games over 100 yards receiving at more than 11.7 targets per contest. Will fade the Ravens top ranking against receivers in DK, opting for Julio's volume and Matt Ryan's 348-yard passing average at home in the dome.

PREVIOUS: WR Courtland Sutton, Broncos @ Bengals ($4,200).  The post-Demaryius Thomas yield has disappointed thus far, and Sutton's price has crept down $200 each of the past two weeks. But, I think now's the time to save salary with Sutton. Denver goes from facing Pittsburgh's top-three defense in yards per pass allowed over the past three games to Cincy's bottom-ranked unit over the span.

TE Eric Ebron, Colts @ Jaguars ($4,200).  Ebron has averaged 10 targets per game with Jack Doyle out , which would extrapolate to lead all tight ends on the season. At $2,800 off the TE ceiling, I don't know how you build a cash lineup sans Ebron without your stomach twisting -- especially since Ebron scored three times the last time he played the Jaguars.

MORE WEEK 13 DFS: Values | Stacks  |  Lineup Builder

FLEX LeSean McCoy, Bills @ Dolphins ($4,900).  McCoy ranks third among running backs in carries during the last three weeks in which the Bills have played . Targets fell below what we've expected from McCoy over the years, but he's still priced like they're visiting Miami's bottom-five total run defense with Nathan Peterman at the helm. The matchup and price combination makes McCoy a fairly solid value.

D/ST Tennessee Titans vs. Jets ($3,000).  The Titans struggled in Houston on Monday, but I won't let that throw me off the scent. Taking the home-favorite defense against injured Sam Darnold, injured Josh McCown, or Davis Webb is an easy decision.
