Week 13 is overshadowed by the Thanksgiving slate, but the main slate on DraftKings and FanDuel is one of my favorite slates of the entire season. There are a bunch of viable cheap quarterback options - readers of my articles will know how much I love a cheap quarterback in DFS - and plenty of value at WR and TE that allow you to jam in high-end running backs in good matchups. The most popular game stack spots are likely to be the Bucs-Jags (48.5 total), 49ers-Ravens (47 total), and Giants-Packers (45.5). I left out the highest total on slate - Chiefs-Raiders (51.5) - because of how pricing of the slate could lead to this game being overlooked in tournaments.

Week 13 NFL DFS Picks: Top DraftKings stacks for cash games
QB Nick Foles and WR DJ Chark, Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Buccaneers
Nick Foles has struggled over the last two weeks since coming back into the lineup following his return from a collarbone injury. However, Foles and the rest of the Jaguars passing offense are in the ideal bounce-back spot in a matchup with the Bucs at home. Foles’ price is especially tasty on DraftKings for cash games at $5,400 - he makes for a better GPP play on FanDuel at his $7,400 price tag.
There are two great stacking options for Foles in Chark and Chris Conley. I almost put Conley here for cash games given his high unrealized air yards, but I think there is enough value in other spots that you can afford to spend up for the Jags’ top wideout, Chark, in cash games on both DraftKings and FanDuel. The Bucs' defense is one of the most extreme passing funnels that we have seen in a few seasons, and we want to attack them whenever possible. Chark has established himself as one of the best wide receivers in the AFC, and his large frame is a mismatch for any of the corners that Tampa is likely to throw at him. The total in this game sits at 48.5, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see the game fly over the total with Jacksonville’s defense struggling since the Jalen Ramsey trade and Tampa leading the league in overs this season with 9.
MORE WEEK 13 DFS: Values | Lineup Builder
QB Andy Dalton and WR Tyler Boyd, Cincinnati Bengals vs. Jets
Tyler Boyd complained about his role in the offense last week and was rewarded with 9 targets, which he parlayed into five catches for 101 yards and a touchdown. This was all with noodle-armed Ryan Finley in at quarterback. The Bengals have seen enough from the rookie and will turn back to Andy Dalton at QB, which should pay off for Boyd and the rest of the offense. There is also a chance that AJ Green returns to the lineup this week. While common sense would suggest that Green’s presence would hurt Boyd’s production, Boyd actually has much better splits with Green in the lineup. The cherry on top is a prime matchup against the Jets, who rank in the bottom-10 in passing defense DVOA this season.
As for Dalton, his price point is hard to overlook on DraftKings at only $4,700. It’s going to come down to Lamar Jackson, Nick Foles, and Dalton for me in DK cash this week, and I don’t have any problems going with Dalton at this price if it allows me to spend up at other positions. Prior to being benched, Dalton was perfectly serviceable from a fantasy perspective, averaging 19.02 DK pts per game in Weeks 5-8.

Week 13 DraftKings Picks: Best stacks for daily fantasy football GPPs/tournaments
QB Kyle Allen, RB Christian McCaffrey, and WR D.J. Moore, Carolina Panthers
The Panthers are one of the best teams in the NFL to stack, and we have a nice opportunity to load up on them this week as they face the Redskins at home. What makes the Panthers offense so appealing is that their usage is extremely condensed between Christian McCaffrey, D.J. Moore, and Greg Olsen, with Curtis Samuel occasionally sprinkled in. Think of them as similar to the Buccaneers setup between Winston-Evans-Godwin.
Kyle Allen is priced down at $5,500 on DraftKings after coming off of a three-touchdown game on the road against the Saints. He hasn’t really flashed the 25-plus point upside that we are looking for in large field GPPs, but you can still have great success in tournaments if he breaks the 20-point mark.
Christian McCaffrey is rightfully priced up at $10,500 on DraftKings and $11,000 on FanDuel. What’s interesting about his price this week is that while it is extremely high, there are plenty of great value wide receivers and a cheap tight end (Jack Doyle) that make his price tag easily affordable. In addition to that, I believe that the price tag will hold McCaffrey’s ownership down well below 20 percent despite a prime matchup at home against a pathetic Redskins team that ranks 28th in defensive DVOA. I like McCaffrey in cash games, but love him as a high leveraged GPP play.
You could comfortably end your stack with just Allen and McCaffrey, but in large-field tournaments, I want to go with the triple stack and add Moore. The breakout is in full effect for Moore, who has averaged 7.5 receptions and 110.5 yards over the last four weeks. His price continues to rise around the industry, but given his target share in the offense, he may still be too cheap and makes for a nice high-end play at wide receiver.
WEEK 13 PPR RANKINGS: Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end
QB Patrick Mahomes and TE Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs
I have a feeling that the Chiefs are going to be severely overlooked on the slate this week, and it would be a big mistake to fade them in tournaments. A lot of the attention at quarterback will likely go toward Lamar Jackson and some of the cheaper options. Tyreek Hill is priced up at $8,900 on DraftKings and $8,300 on FanDuel (the most expensive WR on both sites) and is dealing with a hamstring injury. And Travis Kelce is also priced up and is likely to be overlooked with players looking to save salary at the position with Jack Doyle, Greg Olsen, Ryan Griffin, or Dallas Goedert.
All of this is to say that you can stack up the Chiefs at extremely low ownership in a prime matchup at home against a Raiders team that just allowed the Jets to put up 34 points. My favorite stacking combination is Mahomes with Travis Kelce. I don’t need to touch too much on Mahomes - he’s good, play him and forget about it - but Kelce is the really intriguing play here. Kelce has been a model of consistency this season and has at least seven receptions with over 60 yards in each of the last three games, with three touchdowns in his last four games. Kelce has also dominated against the Raiders, who rank 24th DvP against opposing tight ends. He has averaged eight receptions and 112.3 yards per game with three total touchdowns in his last three matchups against Oakland.
