Week 10 Yahoo Fantasy Football: NFL DFS picks, lineup advice for cash games image

Last week was a struggle, as Zach Ertz's late scratch and Deshaun Watson's injury caused us to change a couple of our picks. This week, we hope there isn't more chaos, and we're jamming two big-name players and filling in the holes for our Week 10 Yahoo NFL DFS lineup.

Our lineup doesn't feature a stack, and we're doing our best to jam Le'Veon Bell and Rob Gronkowski, leaving us in a bit of a conundrum for WRs. However, our WRs most certainly have had their fair share of success, and based on certain matchups, they're in the right spot to produce yet again. Gronk and Bell have matchups too good to pass up, and the lower priced players we've selected are facing some of the worst defenses at stopping their position.

In our Yahoo cash lineup, we're going to spread our arms across multiple games to collect the most points for a successful Week 10.

Yahoo Fantasy Football Week 10: NFL DFS cash lineup picks

QB: Tyrod Taylor, Bills vs. Saints ($28).    Taylor looks like he's coming into a really good situation. Charles Clay, his favorite and most dependable receiver before he was injured, is "on track" to return this week, and his newest toy, Kelvin Benjamin, will make his Bills debut. In three of four home games this season, Taylor has produced at least 20 fantasy points (with 18 points in the other). Although the Saints defense isn't the laughingstock it once was, there's still a stigma of dome teams struggling outdoors, especially in what will likley be a cold day based on early forecasts.

RB: Le'Veon Bell, Steelers @ Colts ($41).    There's not much to say about Bell, one of the highest-scoring RBs this season, playing against one of the worst defenses. The Colts have given up 10 rushing TDs, tied for most in the NFL, and they allow the third-most fantasy points to running backs. The Steelers should score a ton, making Bell is worth the high price tag this week.

RB: Orleans Darkwa, Giants @ 49ers ($19).  The 49ers, giving up a league-high 25.5 FPPG to opposing RBs, recently let Adrian Peterson run for 159 yards, which made him the second 145-yard rusher against them in three weeks. Two weeks ago, the Eagles were the last committee-back group to face the 49ers, and each RB got either 50-plus yards or a touchdown. Darkwa is in a committee with Wayne Gallman, but unlike the Eagles, the Giants will be running more than throwing, making Darkwa a solid play.

WEEK 10 DFS:

WR: DeSean Jackson, Bucs vs. Jets  ($17).  Mike Evans has been suspended one game, pending a possible appeal, making Jackson's value skyrocket.  A No. 1 receiver at $17 dollars is a bargain, and Jackson can easily exceed that value. Before last week's game vs. the Saints, Jackson had at least six targets in every game this season. No reason to suspect he won't reach that number against a team ranked in the top 10 for FPPG to opposing WRs. Considering how much Jameis Winston was struggling prior to going down with a shoulder injury, it's not as Ryan Fitzpatrick is a huge drop-off.

WR: Cooper Kupp, Rams vs. Texans ($17).  Kupp and Robert Woods continue to take turns as the Rams' top receivers, and based off Woods taking that role last week, Kupp will take it this week. Despite Woods' performance, Kupp had a decent day, as well, with three catches for 54 yards. Kupp has been pretty consistent all season, so it's just looking for that touchdown to add to his normal yardage each week. The Texans showed the past two weeks that their secondary has holes, allowing three WRs to go over 100 receiving yards.

WR: Jermaine Kearse, Jets @ Bucs ($16).  Robby Anderson has taken over the No. 1 WR duties the past couple games, but Kearse shouldn't be an afterthought.  He still leads Jets WRs with four receiving TDs and has more receptions than Anderson. The Bucs average the third-most FPPG allowed to WRs this season, and the Jets passing offense has been surprisingly solid with Josh McCown ranking in the top 10 for fantasy QBs.

TE: Rob Gronkowski, Patriots @ Broncos  ($32).  Other than the Giants, the Broncos make a case for being one of the worst against tight ends. And after getting burned by Trey Burton for a touchdown and 40-plus yards, that makes it three times in the past four games the Broncos have allowed double-digit points to TEs (Hunter Henry was the odd man out, catching four passes for 73 yards). Gronkowski in the second-best possible matchup and coming off a bye is too good to pass up.

FLEX: Marqise Lee, Jaguars vs. Chargers ($15).  Despite a heavy rushing attack, Lee has carved out a role in the passing game for the Jaguars.  He leads the team in targets, receptions and receiving yards, and he's led the team in those categories three of the past four games.  The Chargers are middle of the pack when it comes to limiting opposing WRs in fantasy, so for a flex play, he's worth a shot.

D/ST: Minnesota Vikings @ Redskins ($13).   When the Vikings create turnovers, they come in bunches. They have four games with zero turnovers and four games with at least two turnovers. The Redskins have given up nearly five sacks a game in the past three contests, thanks to a OL missing nearly its entire starting line. The Vikings are averaging four sacks a game in the past three games, so add sacks to possible turnovers, and the Vikings, coming off a bye, are in line for a good day.
