SP: Hyun-Jin Ryu, Dodgers @ Rockies. So, we have the likely NL Cy Young leader priced all the way down to $8,900 tonight because of the Coors Field matchup. This is exactly the type of risk you want to take in GPPs because we know Ryu can be lights out but we also know Coors has gotten the better of elite pitchers many times in the past.
C: Tom Murphy, Mariners @ Astros. Murphy has been a good hitter against both LHP and RHP this season, so the split matchup isn't really a big deal, but the Mariners do face a lefty tonight in Wade Miley, so that makes it more likely that Murphy starts over Omar Narvaez.

1B: Howie Kendrick, Nationals @ Tigers. We have the Nats against a lefthanded pitcher, so the usual suspects are going to be in the Playbook today. Kendrick is hitting a robust .381 with an OPS of 1.053 against LHPs on the season.
2B: Luis Arraez, Twins @ White Sox. I haven't really ignored the run Arraez has been on, but I wish I have taken more advantage of it. He has been on fire since his call-up hitting .449. The White Sox are sending Omar Despaigne to the mound, who is basically the human form of batting practice.
SS: Fernando Tatis Jr., Padres vs. Cardinals. Michael Wacha is struggling, and Tatis doesn't care if he is facing a LHP or RHP. It does help his case, however, that eight of his nine home runs this season have come off righties, as have eight of the 11 stolen bases.
3B: Maikel Franco, Phillies @ Marlins. The man is on fire right now, hitting .412 with three HRs, four runs and seven RBIs over the past four games.
OF: Austin Meadows, Rays vs. Rays. Meadows is too talented to be shut down for long, and though he is hitting just .218 during June, he is hitting .280 over the past week, so maybe he is starting to turn it around. Against RHPs this season he is hitting .314 with an OPS of .971.
