Today's Daily Fantasy Baseball Rankings: Best starting pitchers, streamers for Tuesday, June 25 image

As usual, Tuesday features a full MLB DFS slate and a host of high-quality SP options. Our daily starting pitcher rankings are strong through at least the top half, though the two aces at the very top will likely command a lot of attention in all DraftKings and FanDuel contests.

Max Scherzer (@ Marlins) and Gerrit Cole (vs. Pirates) aren't the only stud pitchers on the slate, though with Blake Snell (@ Twins) struggling and facing a brutal matchup, he's best suited for GPPs. Robbie Ray (vs. Dodgers) and Kyle Gibson (vs. Rays) are also in tough spots, but both have the stuff to put up a lot of points.

As far as values, Jack Flaherty (vs. A's) seems too cheap despite his up-and-down season -- especially when you factor in a 2.49 ERA at home this year. Zach Davies (vs. Mariners) and Max Fried (@ Cubs) also make for good SP2s on DraftKings despite their mediocre ceilings. Ross Stripling (@ Diamondbacks) is a decent value on DK, but it's unclear how many innings he'll last. Chris Bassitt (@ Cardinals) seems way overpriced on DK and way underpriced on FD, so stay away/take advantage.

wRC+ is defined by Fangraphs as "[measuring] how a player’s wRC compares with league average after controlling for park effects. League average for position players is 100, and every point above 100 is a percentage point above league average. For example, a 125 wRC+ means a player created 25% more runs than a league average hitter would have in the same number of plate appearances. Similarly, every point below 100 is a percentage point below league average, so a 80 wRC+ means a player created 20% fewer runs than league average." For more on the stat, click here.
