Amon-Ra St. Brown (L), AJ Dillon (R)

In the final game of the NFL regular season, we have a classic NFC North matchup as the Lions travel to Lambeau Field to play the Packers on Sunday Night Football (8:20 p.m. ET, NBC). The Packers enter this prime-time contest as 4.5-point favorites with the over/under set at 49 points, according to BetMGM. If Green Bay wins on Sunday night, they will clinch a playoff berth. However, if the Seahawks lose and the Lions win, they will take the final playoff spot in the NFC. This game has a ton of playmakers on both teams that will make it fun to put together a FanDuel single-game lineup.

Before we get into our picks and strategy, here are the notable scoring settings for FanDuel single-game contests:

  • The point total for the "MVP" is multiplied by 1.5, but he doesn't cost any additional money like the "Captain" in DraftKings Showdown contests.
  • FanDuel's default scoring is half-point PPR and four-point passing TDs.
  • Unlike on DraftKings, FanDuel features no bonuses for 300-yard/100-yard games

FanDuel Single Game DFS Picks: Lions vs. Packers Week 18 Sunday Night Football

$60,000 budget; must roster at least one player from each team

MVP (1.5x points): RB AJ Dillon, Packers ($11,500)

The 24-year-old running back is coming off a solid performance last week against the Vikings where he posted 10.1 FanDuel points (41 yards and a rushing touchdown on 12 carries). Dillon has now posted double-digit FanDuel points in five-straight games and scored six rushing touchdowns over that span. The last time the Packers played the Lions in Week 9, Dillon only had 44 total yards on 13 touches (5.4 FanDuel points), we shouldn't expect Dillon to be held to single-digit FanDuel points on Sunday. Detroit has allowed 149.3 rushing yards per game this season and 165 rushing yards a game on the road. Look out for Dillon and Aaron Jones to receive a lot of work on Sunday night.

MORE DET-GB DFS: DraftKings lineup

FLEX QB Jared Goff, Lions ($15,000)

The veteran quarterback has been playing at a ridiculous level over the past five weeks and is one of the main reasons Detroit has a shot at the playoffs. Last week against the Bears, Goff completed 21-of-29 passes for 255 yards and three touchdowns (22.4 FanDuel points). Additionally, it was the fourth time in the past five games that the former No. 1 overall pick has scored 20-plus FanDuel points. When these two teams played in Week 14, Goff completed 14-of-26 passes for 137 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception (12.38 FanDuel points). The veteran signal-caller doesn't have a favorable matchup on Sunday, as the Packers allow the 12th-fewest FanDuel points (15.4) to QBs, but as long as Goff takes care of the football, he should be able to hold his own and provide a solid floor.

WEEK 18 FANTASY RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers

FLEX WR Amon-Ra St. Brown, Lions ($14,000)

With Goff in our single-game lineup, we have to stack him with his top receiver. St. Brown has not scored a touchdown in the past four games but has found a way to average 10.35 FanDuel points over that span. Last week against the Bears, the young wideout recorded four receptions (five targets) for 62 yards and 8.2 FanDuel points. St. Brown has a tough matchup on Sunday night against a Packers' defense that allows the 10th-fewest FanDuel points to WRs (25.6). However, with this being the last game of the season, you have to expect the Lions will do everything in their power to get St. Brown the ball.

WEEK 18 DFS: Best stacks | Best values

FLEX WR Christian Watson, Packers ($11,000)

The rookie wide receiver was held to 1.6 FanDuel points (one reception for 11 yards) by the Vikings last week, but it's fair to expect a better performance after another week of rest for his hip injury. The Lions have given up their fair share of points this season to WRs, allowing the fourth-most FanDuel points (31.6) and second-most yards to the position. With Allen Lazard commanding attention on the outside, Watson can take the top of the defense, which we've seen him do several times this season. The last time Watson had a double-digit performance was in Week 13 against the Bears when he scored 22.9 FanDuel points. Something similar could be in order this week.

WEEK 18 DFS LINEUPS: DraftKings | FanDuel

FLEX WR DJ Chark, Lions ($8,500)

Lastly, we will round out our single-game lineup with Chark, who has played well as the Lions' No. 2 WR since returning from injured reserve in November. The veteran wide receiver is averaging 8.71 FanDuel points per game and has had either 98 yards or a TD in four of his past six games. Chark did not do much in last week's win over the Bears, only recording 6.6 FanDuel points (two receptions for 56 yards). However, he could be a nice pivot at the WR spot, as he won't have to deal with Jaire Alexander on Sunday. Chark will likely be matched up against Rasul Douglas, who has allowed a team-high six receiving touchdowns. With his size and speed, we like Chark to make a couple of big plays in the Lions' passing game.
