The Cowboys and Eagles would be a great Sunday Night Football matchup for DFS contests if everyone was healthy. Alas, that's not the case, and Ben DiNucci will take center stage in Week 8 against Philadelphia. Because of that, our DraftKings Showdown lineup takes a heavy Eagles tilt, including their D/ST.
The big fade choice we made was not using Carson Wentz. He should have a good game, but in the interests of the entire lineup, we decided to stock up on three main Philadelphia offensive weapons and not totally go away from Dallas' best players. To play Wentz, you'd likely have to take a discount on Amari Cooper and then play Wentz instead of Ezekiel Elliott.

DraftKings Showdown Picks: Cowboys vs. Eagles
Captain (1.5x price, 1.5x points): WR Jalen Reagor, Eagles ($6,600)
Reagor (thumb) comes off Injured Reserve to instantly become Carson Wentz's best deep threat. Against an absolutely awful Dallas defense, that's a desirable position to be in. Reagor was targeted four times in each of Weeks 1 and 2, and the Eagles were healthier then, so his workload should be solid Sunday night.
FLEX: RB Ezekiel Elliott, Cowboys ($10,800)
Everybody involved in Sunday night's game will know that for Dallas to stay in range, Zeke will need to have a big night. Philly will stack the box expecting it, and a makeshift Cowboys offensive line will have to handle that. It's not obvious whether they will, but in terms of predicting volume for Dallas, Elliott is the only guy we can feel totally comfortable with.
FLEX: WR Travis Fulgham, Eagles ($9,200)
Reagor's return shouldn't have too large an impact on the big-bodied Fulgham, who works with a different set of preferred routes than Reagor. Both could have solid days against Dallas' terrible secondary, and Fulgham has gained too much Wentz trust to just disappear because Reagor is back.
FLEX: RB Boston Scott, Eagles ($8,800)
With Miles Sanders (knee) still out, Scott remains a solid play as a pass-catching dynamo who could also see some of the clock-winding work late in the event of an easy Philadelphia win. An 18.2-DK point total last week could be matched this week by Scott.
FLEX: WR Amari Cooper, Cowboys ($8,200)
As the resident possession receiver for the Cowboys, Cooper seems a safer bet for target share than CeeDee Lamb or Michael Gallup with Ben DiNucci throwing the passes. It won't always be pretty, but the Cowboys will have to throw heavily at some point Sunday night, and Cooper might well be the first option.
FLEX: D/ST Eagles ($6,200)
Elliott and Cooper can both have decent games while Philadelphia's defense has a big fantasy day. We'll be counting on sacks and turnovers from DiNucci, who was sacked on three of his six dropbacks a week ago. DraftKings raised the Eagles D/ST price accordingly, but maybe that will keep their ownership from being too high.
