NFL preseason DFS kicks into gear with a six-game Friday night slate, headlined by the AFC North favorite Bengals hosting the new-look Packers at Paycor Stadium. Although most team's first-stringers will have the night off, plenty of intriguing rookies and overlooked backups are in line for high-usage days, profiling as prime DFS targets on SuperDraft. After Texans rookie wideout Tank Dell (five catches, 65 yards, one TD) showed out on Thursday night, we think another fellow rookie from Dell's alma mater posts an eye-popping stat line in his preseason debut.
For those unfamiliar, SuperDraft's DFS strategy involves points multipliers, unlike traditional salary-capped or tiered contests. A winning lineup likely features a strong mix of stud fantasy contributors with 1x-1.6x boosts, as well as matchup-based sleepers with larger multipliers. Each player is assigned a scoring multiplier based on their value as determined by SuperDraft. Users can roster any player in their lineup with no restrictions.
Before we break down all of our picks, here are the most notable scoring rules for SuperDraft NFL contests: Half-point PPR, four-point passing TDs, two-point bonuses for 100 rushing yards, 100 receiving yards, and 300 passing yards.
NFL Preseason DFS Picks Friday: Best SuperDraft lineup advice for tonight's six-game slate
Draft all of your favorite players based on their multiplier value with no restrictions.
QB Clayton Tune, Cardinals (Multiplier: 1.6x)
Tune's been a standout in the Cardinals' training camp, mostly running with the second-team offense but getting some reps with the ones, too. Although Arizona's presumptive Week 1 starter, Colt McCoy, will see some action tonight, we don't expect him to play more than two series. In Tune's final season at Houston, the fifth-round pick posted a respectable 13:3 TD-to-INT rate on deep passes (20-plus yards), showcasing his above-average arm. A 100-to-150-plus passing yard night coupled with a TD and some rushing yards puts our lineup in a firm spot to end in the money.

RB Chase Brown, Bengals (Multiplier: 1.45x)
Brown's in the running for the Bengals RB2 job, competing with Chris Evans and Trayveon Williams as Joe Mixon's primary backup. Along with forcing the second-most missed tackles in the FBS last season (83), trailing only Bijan Robinson, Brown's steadiness in the receiving game (27 receptions, 240 in '22) makes him an enticing DFS play in half-point PPR scoring formats.
RB Demetric Felton, Browns (Multiplier: 1.6x)
Felton led all Browns RBs in snap share in last week's Hall of Fame Game, playing 47 percent of Cleveland's offensive snaps. He made the most of his opportunities, rushing for 46 yards on seven carries (one TD) while securing two receptions for nine yards. His yards-per-rush efficiency likely ticks down tonight, but we could see an increased output in his receiving totals as the primary check-down back.
WR Denzel Mims, Lions (Multiplier: 1.6x)
With the Lions likely resting their key wideouts, we think Mims is in line for a high snap share, potentially leading to the former first-round pick posting double-digit fantasy numbers. Head coach Dan Campbell's spoken highly of Mims' competitiveness throughout camp, so we're hoping that leads to a solid receiving stat line for a wideout competing for a spot on the Lions' 53-man roster.
WR Charlie Jones, Bengals (Multiplier: 1.6x)
Following his dominant senior season at Purdue, Jones appears to be Tyler Boyd's successor as the No. 3 receiving option for the Bengals. Jones suffered a shoulder injury last week but returned to practice this week. There's some uncertainty around his playing status tonight, but if he gets the go-ahead from Cincinnati's training staff, he'll likely log a respectable snap share.
WR Mitchell Tinsley, Commanders (Multiplier: 1.6x)
Tinsley won't garner a high roster percentage, but the Penn State product makes for an under-the-radar add to differentiate our lineup. Tinsley likely gets ample run in the second half when third-string QB Jake Fromm mans the offense.
TE Luke Musgrave, Packers (Multiplier: 1.5x)
After a knee injury limited Musgrave to just two games in his final season at Oregon State, the second-round rookie looks close to 100 percent, putting him in a prime position to take the reigns as the Packers' TE1. Musgrave's ability to utilize his speed and create separation in the middle of the field could lead to some chunk plays tonight, making him an intriguing addition to DFS lineups.
FLEX Eric Gray, Giants (Multiplier: 1.5x)
Gray's in line for a high-usage night as the Giants' primary back, given the Giants' top two RBs (Saquon Barkley, Matt Breida) get the night off entirely. His receiving upside (33 rec, 229 yards in '22 at Oklahoma) and shiftiness in the open field give him double-digit upside.
