NFL Week 11 Weather Updates: Rain, wind in forecast unlikely to affect fantasy start 'em, sit 'em decisions image

Last week brought our first "snow game" (kind of), but conditions shouldn't have had a huge effect on fantasy start 'em, sit 'em decisions. There's no snow in Week 11 NFL weather forecast, but with wind and rain on the horizon, fantasy owners will have to pay attention until kickoff. Fortunately, RotoGrinders' meteorologist Kevin Roth will help us break down the weather updates you need to know.

Before we get into the Week 11 forecasts, here's a reminder that if you have any questions about sports weather or how weather could impact play (and, potentially, your fantasy, DFS, and gambling decisions), don't hesitate to reach out to RotoGrinders' meteorologist Kevin Roth on Twitter (@KevinRothWx) or check out the hourly NFL weather forecasts on RotoGrinders. WEEK 11 FANTASY: Sleepers | Busts | Start 'em, sit 'em

NFL Week 11 weather updates

Colts @ Bills. Some typical November Buffalo weather here: Temperatures in the 40s, winds between 10-15 mph, and about a 50-percent chance of rain. Unless things start looking worse closer to kickoff, you don't need to worry too much about key players like Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs, Jonathan Taylor, and even Michael Pittman, but given the strength of the defenses, there's no need to take any chances. (Update: The rain is much more likely to arrive late in the game.)

WEEK 11 DFS: Best stacks | Best values | Lineup Builder

Ravens @ Bears. With some rain expected and winds gusting up to 15 mph, this one could get a little ugly, but unless the forecast changes and looks more severe, you can keep in all the players you were planning to use. (Update: The chance for rain has declined.)

WEEK 11 PPR RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

Texans @ Titans. There's very likely to be some showers during this game, but we'll have to wait until closer to kickoff to see how heavy and consistent it will be. Winds around 10 mph won't affect things too much, so as of right now, we're not recommending sitting any players, but obviously if the rain will be heavy, that could change. (Update: Rain is almost a certainty late in the game, but it's still unclear how heavy it will be.)

RotoGrinders-Weather-Edge

Lions @ Browns. Nothing too scary here -- temperatures in the 40s, 30-percent chance of rain, and winds around 10-12 mph. There aren't many, if any, players in the respective passing games worth starting (just T.J. Hockenson?), but there's no reason to pull anyone you were planning to use.

WEEK 11 STANDARD RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

49ers @ Jaguars. Winds could be around 15 mph, but the chance for rain is relatively low.

WEEK 11 DFS LINEUPS: DraftKings | FanDuel | Yahoo

All of this is subject to change as we get closer to kickoff. You can follow meteorologist Kevin Roth on Twitter (@KevinRothWx) and check out the hourly NFL weather forecasts on RotoGrinders. For the best weather-related fantasy advice, take a look at WeatherEdge.
