Is Dede Westbrook playing in Week 9?

UPDATE: Westbrook is officially OUT.

Westbrook (neck, shoulder) practiced on a limited basis this week and is " questionable" for Week 9's game in London against Houston.

WEEK 9 PPR RANKINGS: Running back Wide receiver  | Tight end

Westbrook exited Week 8's game early and will be a game-time decision. If he plays, he'll have a highly favorable matchup, but clearly there's risk of him exiting early again. If he's out, Chris Conley is a solid WR3, and he'll have upside even if Westbrook is active.
