Fantasy WR PPR Rankings Week 7: Who to start, sit at wide receiver in fantasy football image

With the fantasy football regular season about to hit the halfway point, you probably have a good feel for your strengths and weaknesses. That's especially important during the byes when perceived strengths can turn into weaknesses very quickly, at least for one week. Our Week 7 fantasy WR PPR rankings can help you find potential sleepers or waiver-wire streamers if you have the injury/bye-week blues at receiver.

Just four teams are on bye in Week 7 like there were last week, but this week's idle teams will have a much bigger impact on the fantasy landscape. With the Bills, Eagles, Vikings, and Rams on bye, there are almost too many potential contributors to name. Not being able to bank on a big game from Cooper Kupp, Justin Jefferson, A.J. Brown, and Stefon Diggs is going to sting for their respective owners, but even losing guys like DeVonta Smith, Gabriel Davis, and Adam Thielen can thin out depth.

If you need some streamers to fill in for those players (or for injured receivers -- more on them later), there are some decent, matchup-based options. Some are more big-play dependent, like Donovan Peoples-Jones (@ Ravens in Week 7), Michael Gallup (vs. Lions), and Romeo Doubs (@ Commanders); others, such as Alec Pierce (@ Titans), Rondale Moore (vs. Saints), Tyler Boyd (vs. Falcons), and George Pickens (@ Dolphins) have higher PPR floors thanks to high target potential. Either way, all have upside thanks to their favorable matchups.

WEEK 7 STANDARD RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers

You could also try Nico Collins (@ Raiders), Josh Palmer (vs. Seahawks), and some combination of Tre'Quan Smith/Marquez Callaway/Jarvis Landry (@ Cardinals), depending on who's healthy for the Saints on Thursday night. Their matchups don't look as good on paper because none of those defenses are high in terms of fantasy points allowed to WRs, but they all have bottom-12 pass defenses. The yardage opportunities will be there, and you know the TDs will eventually come.

WEEK 7 PPR RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers

Conversely, Robert Woods (vs. Colts), JuJu Smith-Schuster and Marquez Valdes-Scantling (@ 49ers), Elijah Moore, Garrett Wilson, and Corey Davis (@ Broncos), Zay Jones (vs. Giants), Jahan Dotson, Curtis Samuel, and Terry McLaurin (vs. Packers), Drake London (@ Bengals), Wan'Dale Robinson (@ Jaguars), and DJ Chark and Josh Renyolds (@ Cowboys) are all in bad spots. It's tough to bench a few of these receivers (London, Woods, Samuel, McLaurin, especially) in PPR leagues because of their steady targets, but the matchups scream "bust." At the very least, weigh your options and check the waiver wire to ensure you're not missing out on higher-upside players.

WEEK 7 DFS: Best values | Best stacks

There are plenty of injuries that need to be tracked this week, including Keenan Allen (hamstring), Michael Thomas (toe), Chris Olave (concussion), Rashod Bateman (foot), and Jahan Dotson (hamstring). Marquise Brown (ankle) was injured on Sunday, and with Arizona's quick turnaround for Thursday Night Football, he's not a good bet to suit up. The good news for Arizona is DeAndre Hopkins will return after his season-opening six-game suspension, and he'll be a borderline WR1 in the favorable matchup.

WEEK 7 DFS LINEUPS: FanDuel | DraftKings

We also have to watch QB injuries for Dak Prescott (thumb), Carson Wentz (finger), Tua Tagovailoa (concussion), Baker Mayfield (ankle), Mac Jones (ankle), Kenny Pickett (concussion), and Jameis Winston (back). QB injuries tend to affect receivers more in PPR leagues, as they're less likely to rack up catches but they're still capable of popping for one big play.

WEEK 7 FANTASY PICKS: Sleepers | Busts | Start 'em, sit 'em

Note: We'll be updating these WR PPR rankings as needed throughout the week, so check back for the latest changes.
