Fantasy WR PPR Rankings Week 17: Who to start, sit at wide receiver in fantasy football image

We’ve finally reached championship week, and rounding your starting lineup out with a reliable wide receiver corps is a must. Our Week 17 fantasy WR PPR rankings can help you sift through the best sleepers and streamers as you plot your path to a championship victory.

Starting on the injury front, we’re not sure if Tyler Lockett (finger), Chris Olave (hamstring), Christian Watson (hip), and Chase Claypool (knee) will suit up in Week 17, but we’ll be monitoring their statuses throughout the week and adjust our rankings accordingly.

Among "bubble" wide receivers in shallow leagues, we think Courtland Sutton (@ Chiefs), Drake London (vs. Cardinals), Diontae Johnson (@ Ravens), Allen Lazard and Christian Watson (vs. Vikings), and Brandin Cooks (vs. Jaguars)) should be in your starting lineups this week. Sutton could be the focal point for the Broncos’ passing attack against a Chiefs defense that’s struggled mightily to contain WRs, while Lazard and Watson are always threats to score or pop a big play against Minnesota's league-worst pass defense. Johnson, Cooks, and London should see at least six-plus targets in favorable matchups and have solid PPR floors.

WEEK 17 PPR RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers

For those in deeper leagues, George Pickens (@ Ravens), DJ Chark (vs. Bears), Joshua Palmer (vs. Rams), Michael Gallup (@ Titans), Jakobi Meyers (vs. Dolphins), and Jahan Dotson (vs. Browns) draw favorable matchups, giving them flex appeal. Chark’s big-play ability could lead you to a fantasy championship if he’s able to get loose against a Bears defense allowing the highest EPA/drop-back this season. Similarly, Gallup and Pickens can always pop a big play or find the end zone, and Gallup has the added advantage of facing a Titans' defense allowing the most fantasy points to WRs. Meyers and Dotson have been seeing steady targets lately, giving them a good amount of value in PPR leagues.

WEEK 17 STANDARD RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers

Demarcus Robinson (vs. Steelers), Chris Moore (vs. Jaguars), Romeo Doubs (vs. Vikings), Dante Pettis (vs. Lions), Kendrick Bourne (vs. Dolphins), Trenton Irwin (@ Bills), and Noah Brown (@ Titans) are your best bets if you're looking for high-upside streamers in favorable matchups. Moore, Doubs, and Bourne are the "safest" options in PPR leagues because of their higher target floors, but Robinson, Pettis, and Brown have popped up for a few random high-target games lately, too. Either way, all have fairly high ceilings and shouldn't be ignored in deep leagues.

WEEK 17 DFS LINEUPS: DraftKings | FanDuel

Depending on the size of your league, you might want to stay away from Garrett Wilson (@ Seahawks), D.J. Moore (@ Buccaneers), Zay Jones and Christian Kirk (@ Texans), JuJu Smith-Schuster (vs. Broncos), Donovan Peoples-Jones (@ Commanders), Gabriel Davis (@ Bengals), Adam Thielen (@ Packers), Treylon Burks (vs. Cowboys), Darius Slayton, Isaiah Hodgins, and Richie James Jr. (@ Colts), Elijah Moore (@ Seahawks), Mack Hollins and Hunter Renfrow (vs. 49ers), and Parris Campbell (@ Giants). Obviously, the first batch of receivers -- from Wilson to JuJu -- are virtual "must-starts" in deep leagues, but you might have better options in shallow leagues. All have higher floors in PPR leagues, but unfavorable matchups limit their usually high ceilings.

Week 17 DFS: Best values

The latter group has some decent PPR options, too, including all three Giants, but it's tough to pinpoint which in that group will show up in a given week. Given the unfavorable matchups, it's best to avoid them if at all possible.

WEEK 17 FANTASY PICKS: Sleepers | Busts | Start 'em, sit 'em

Note: We'll be updating these WR PPR rankings as needed throughout the week, so check back for the latest changes.
