Fantasy Waiver Wire Week 10: Greg Dulcich, Kyren Williams, Isaiah Likely among top free agent pickups image

Sunday's and Monday's games didn't yield many "must-have" additions to our top Week 10 fantasy waiver pickups and free agent adds, but several players who were either out because of byes (Greg DulcichLatavius MurrayWan'Dale Robinson) or injuries (Kyren WilliamsTreylon Burks) shouldn't be forgotten. Even if you don't think they're worthy of high claims, they should be picked up as free agents after waivers clear around 4-5 a.m. ET on Wednesday mornings in Yahoo and ESPN leagues.

Our full free agent list features all of Sunday's "breakouts," including Jeff Wilson Jr.Mecole HardmanCole KmetNoah Fant, and Terrace Marshall Jr., but it's mostly full of streamer recommendations at QB, WR, TE, and D/ST. Fantasy teams won't be hit too hard with the Bengals, Ravens, Jets, and Patriots on bye in Week 10, but between the key idle players and injuries, there are still plenty of owners looking for fill-ins. As always, the streamer suggestions are grouped by position and can be found at the end of the list.

Whether to use a high waiver claim this week really comes down to how competitive and deep your league is. If you're in a shallow league where most of the top handcuffs and even a few committee backs are usually available, then you should probably save your waiver claim for a week with some big RB injuries. If you're in a deep league where only a few key backups are on the wire, then you might want to claim Wilson Jr., Williams, or Murray if they're out there. If they're already owned, then you're probably saving your high waiver claims, too.

We always caution against using a high claim on a streamer, so unless you project a player will be starting for you in multiple weeks going forward -- say, Dulcich, Wilson Jr., or maybe Marshall Jr. -- then it's best to wait until free agency to pick him up. Even if another owner beats you to the punch, there are plenty of other similar streaming options that can get the job done this week.

Top fantasy football waiver wire pickups for Week 10

Unless otherwise noted, only players owned in fewer than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues are considered.

Greg Dulcich, TE, Broncos. Dulcich continues to be a key cog in the Broncos' offense, and considering he's posted at least 11.1 PPR points in his three games this year, he has to be considered on par with "must-start" TEs like T.J. Hockenson and Kyle Pitts. He'll be a big-time contributor for the fantasy stretch run after Denver's Week 9 bye, including this week against Tennessee.

Isaiah Likely, TE, Ravens. Likely caught just one pass on Monday night, but it went for a 24-yard TD. It marked the second-straight game in which he scored, and it's clear he's going to be a big part of Baltimore's offense when Mark Andrews (shoulder, knee) is out. Even if Andrews is back after Baltimore's Week 10 bye, Likely could still be involved as a secondary receiver with Rashod Bateman (foot) out for the year and no other wideouts stepping up. He's worth stashing for the stretch run.

WEEK 10 PPR RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers

Kyren Williams, RB, Rams. It's been reported that Williams will have a "big role" in the Rams' offense once he's back from an early-season ankle injury, which should be in Week 10 after Williams was almost cleared ahead of Week 9. Considering Darrell Henderson Jr. is uninspiring and Cam Akers has been ineffective, Williams could immediately become the starter when active.

Latavius Murray, RB, Broncos. The last time we saw Denver play, Murray split carries with Melvin Gordon early but ultimately served as the "closer" late, finishing with 46 yards and a TD on a team-high 14 carries. Gordon (nine carries, 29 yards) also scored a TD and had two more targets, but it's tough to imagine Murray just "going away," even with Chase Edmonds joining the Broncos' backfield. You probably don't want to risk starting him against Tennessee in Week 10, but Murray is a solid deep-league stash.

Wan'Dale Robinson, WR, Giants. Robinson disappointed his last time out (two catches, 15 yards), but in the two previous games, he posted at least 11 PPR points. More important, the Giants have a mostly favorable upcoming WR schedule, with Houston (Week 10), Detroit (Week 11), Washington (Weeks 13 and 15), and Minnesota (Week 16) awaiting. The best is yet to come for Robinson, so grab him now.
