Matthew Stafford's back looks like it will let down the Lions and his fantasy football owners again, as Detroit is being coy with any further injury details heading into Week 11. Things look better for Jacoby Brissett in Indianapolis, although the QB's status for Week 11 isn't yet assured. Fantasy owners really can't afford another week where Jeff Driskel and Brian Hoyer both start in the NFL, for the sake of the starts/sits of other players on the Lions and Colts, respectively.

Matthew Stafford injury update
It was a surprise to learn before Week 10 that Stafford had broken bones in his back, and now his status is in doubt going forward. Lions coach Matt Patricia said Monday that Stafford is "truly day by day, week to week." As some would say: Aren't we all? Jeff Driskel would continue to start if Stafford misses more time.
Driskel is a clear downgrade for a Lions offense that already might be looking at J.D. McKissic as its Week 11 starting RB. Kenny Golladay will remain a starter in fantasy, but Marvin Jones and T.J. Hockenson are total boom-or-bust plays with Driskel under center (and the boom potential isn't even that high).

Will Jacoby Brissett play in Week 11?
The Colts just lost to the Dolphins as Brian Hoyer threw three picks, so you can bet Brissett (knee) wants to be back on the field. Colts coach Frank Reich told reporters Monday that if Brissett is a full participant in practice Wednesday, he'll play in Week 11 against the Jaguars.
WEEK 11 PPR RANKINGS: Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end
Brissett is probably just outside the starting tier of quarterbacks if he's active, but he'd definitely make us feel a lot better about Zach Pascal and Eric Ebron in Week 11. We'll know more come Wednesday.
