Mike Williams injury update, Week 14 fantasy outlook

According to NFL Network's Bridget Condon, Chargers head coach Brandon Staley said Williams (ankle) should return to practice at some point this week. Williams has played in just one game in the past five weeks since sustaining a high ankle sprain back in Week 7.

Williams aggravated his ankle injury early in Los Angeles' Week 11 contest against Kansas City. He's yet to practice the past two weeks after being ruled out in Week 11. If Williams can return to practice in some capacity this week, he has a chance to suit up on Sunday Night Football against the Dolphins. While starting Williams poses its risks, he's still a worthwhile WR2/3 should he get activated. If Williams misses his third straight game, look for Keenan Allen, Joshua Palmer, and Gerald Everett to remain Justin Herbert's go-to options out wide.

Brandin Cooks injury update, Week 14 fantasy outlook

Cooks (calf) missed Houston's Week 13 matchup against the Browns after logging a DNP to end the practice week on Friday. Cooks' absence resulted in second-year wideout Nico Collins garnering 10 targets as Houston's de facto No. 1 wideout.

With Houston out of playoff contention, we'll see if Cooks returns to game action this Sunday against the Cowboys. If he's not 100 percent, he may very well continue to rest up throughout the regular season. Wednesday's initial practice report will give fantasy owners a better feel for his Week 14 prospects. Should Cooks miss his second straight game, expect Collins, Chris Moore, Phillip Dorsett, and Brevin Jordan to see the bulk of the targets from Kyle Allen. It's a tough matchup against the Cowboys, so Collins is the lone pass catcher landing on the fantasy radar.

David Njoku injury update, Week 14 fantasy outlook

Njoku (knee) didn't play in Cleveland's 27-14 Week 13 win over Houston after failing to practice all of last week. Njoku had made his return from an ankle injury in Week 11 that sidelined him for two games, but a new injury forced him out of Week 14.

When healthy, Njoku has been one of the few consistent producers at TE in fantasy this season and profiles as a startable option if he's be active in Week 14. A full or even limited session in practice this week could be enough for him to play, and we'll get a better feel for his Week 14 status in the coming days. Should Njoku miss his second straight game, Harrison Bryant would start in his place but isn't a viable fantasy option.

Rondale Moore injury update, Week 14 fantasy outlook

Moore (groin) was ruled out of Arizona's last game against Los Angeles in Week 12 but could make a return to the field coming off the team's bye week this Monday night. Moore suffered an injury on his first touch in Week 11, and Monday will be three weeks to the day since he got hurt.

Arizona didn't release an injury report on its bye week, but if Moore returns to practice in some capacity this week, he has a chance to suit up. Moore still profiles as a flex play despite being the third option in the passing game behind DeAndre Hopkins and Marquise Brown.

Kadarius Toney injury update, Week 14 fantasy outlook

Toney (hamstring) missed his second straight game in Week 13 dealing with his nagging hamstring injury spanning back to his New York days.

Even if Toney were to return this Sunday against Denver, he'd be a risky fantasy play given that Denver has allowed the fewest fantasy points per game to WRs (21.1), especially with several Chiefs receivers remaining ahead of him on the depth chart.
