Fantasy Injury Updates: Latest news on Marquise Brown, Courtland Sutton impacting Week 16 start 'em, sit 'em decisions image

There are a handful of "questionable" wide receivers for Saturday's games, but the injury issues don't stop there. Marquise Brown and Courtland Sutton are both game-time decisions ahead of Sunday's action, and fantasy football owners need the latest updates before finalizing their all-important start 'em, sit 'em decisions for Week 16.

Below, we'll give you the latest news on these wide receivers and break down how their injuries could potentially affect the Week 16 fantasy landscape.

Is Marquise Brown playing Week 16?

UPDATE: Brown is officially ACTIVE.

Brown (groin) was limited in practice on Thursday and Friday, and despite his "questionable" tag, Cardinals' coach Kliff Kingsbury said that he's "confident" the veteran receiver will suit up on Sunday against the Buccaneers.

With Trace McSorley under center and a tough matchup against Tampa's fifth-ranked pass defense on tap, Hollywood's ceiling is capped, but he's still a good bet to see eight-plus targets -- a feat he's accomplished in all three games since returning from his foot injury. At best, consider him a low-end WR3/flex in PPR leagues. If he's a surprise scratch, look for Robbie Anderson and Greg Dortch to get more targets, but neither are real considerations with your season on the line.

Is Courtland Sutton playing Week 16?

UPDATE: Sutton is officially ACTIVE.

Sutton (hamstring) has missed each of the past two games, but he was limited in practice all week and has a decent chance of suiting up on Sunday against the Rams.

L.A. is allowing the 12th-most fantasy points to WRs, so if Sutton is active, consider him a low-end WR3/flex. Jerry Jeudy still figures to lead the Broncos in targets, but Sutton has received at least seven targets in each of his past three full games, so he'll have chances to make plays against a reeling Rams' defense. If he's out, Brandon Johnson will likely see more targets, but he's not a good fantasy option. TE Greg Dulcich would also get a slight uptick in value, but he remains a boom-or-bust, low-end starter.
