Fields and Stafford missed last week, while Rodgers exited early, and all three are up in the air for Week 13. Plenty of start 'em, sit 'em decisions will be affected by the statuses of these quarterbacks, so knowing the latest updates is key.

Justin Fields update, Week 13 fantasy outlook
Fields (shoulder) logged a full practice on Thursday, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Fields (left shoulder) was limited in practice on Wednesday and is considered "day-to-day," according to Bears head coach Matt Eberflus.
It's good to see Fields back at practice after missing last week's game against the Jets because of an AC joint injury. Earlier this week, Eberflus said they would see where Fields was on Wednesday concerning his status for Sunday's contest against the Packers. If the young signal-caller can make it through the rest of the week without any setbacks, owners should look to start Fields against a Packers' defense that got lit up by Jalen Hurts last week. However, if Fields isn't feeling 100 percent, owners will have to pivot to a streamer for Week 13, as Trevor Siemian offers little value. He would also hurt the value of other Bears' skill players, including new No. 1 WR Chase Claypool and TE Cole Kmet, both of whom are low-end plays even with Fields.

Aaron Rodgers injury update, Week 13 fantasy outlook
UPDATE: Rodgers practiced Friday, according to Rob Demovsky of ESPN. Demovsky said Packers coach Matt LaFleur said he thought Rodgers "looked really good — we'll see how he feels today and how many reps he'll take."
Rodgers (thumb, rib) had returned to practice on Thursday, according to Packers' beat writer Ryan Wood. He did not practice on Wednesday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, but the bullish veteran always planned on playing this weekend.
With Rodgers on track to play after leaving last week's game in the second half, he's in play against a Chicago defense that was just torched by Mike White and the Jets. The Bears allow the 14th-most fantasy points per game to QBs this season, so this is a good spot for Rodgers and the Packers' offense to build off a respectable Week 12 showing against the NFC-leading Eagles.

Matthew Stafford injury update, Week 13 fantasy outlook
UPDATE: Stafford (concussion, neck) cleared concussion protocol but Rams head coach Sean McVay ruled him out for Week 13, according to Adam Schefter. Scheftie adds that Stafford's status to return this season remains "at best, uncertain."
McVay previously said on Wednesday it's "safe to say" that Stafford (concussion, neck) won't play on Sunday against the Seahawks, according to The Athletic's Jordan Rodrigue. At that point, McVay had noted that the veteran quarterback was still in the league's concussion protocol and had not suffered any setbacks.
The Rams are not in the playoff picture in the NFC, as their roster has been decimated by injuries over the past few weeks, so it's no surprise that Stafford will miss this week. McVay has not named a starter for this week, but whether it's Bryce Perkins or John Wolford, owners should look elsewhere for a streamer. Van Jefferson and Tyler Higbee are still in play as low-end options at their respective positions.
