With Week 13 set to kick off on Thursday night, fantasy football owners are keeping tabs on the latest injury reports involving standout running backs Joe Mixon, Leonard Fournette, JK Dobbins, and Raheem Mostert. When healthy, all four play integrals in their respective teams' offenses. If any of these running backs can return to the field on Sunday, it will greatly affect RB rankings and start 'em, sit 'em decisions.
Below, we'll give you the latest updates on these RBs and break down how their injuries could potentially affect the Week 13 fantasy landscape. Joe Mixon injury update, Week 13 fantasy outlook
Mixon (concussion) missed last week's game against the Titans and "is trending in the direction" of being able to play this week against the Chiefs, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The last time we saw Mixon on the field, he had 62 total yards on 10 touches before exiting against Pittsburgh in Week 10. If Mixon is unable to clear concussion protocol, Samaje Perine will step back into the starting role for the Bengals and be worth a start in all fantasy formats thanks to his volume.

Leonard Fournette injury update, Week 13 fantasy outlook
It was initially reported that Fournette would not miss any games after suffering a hip injury in Week 10. However, that was not the case, as Fournette was downgraded from "doubtful" to "out" before kickoff in Week 12.
Fournette practiced in limited fashion last week before being ultimately ruled out, which is a good sign for his potential availability this week. This week, the Bucs don't play until Monday night, giving Fournette extra time to heal and hopefully play against the Saints. If Fournette doesn't play, Rachaad White will step into the starting role for the second-straight week. Last week against the Browns, White posted 109 total yards on 23 touches. This isn't an ideal matchup for White or Fournette, but they are still worth starting as flexes, as they will likely split touches and see decent volume as both runners and receivers.

JK Dobbins injury update, Week 13 fantasy outlook
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh told reporters Monday that Dobbins (knee) will return to practice this week and open his 21-day practice window from injured reserve, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Dobbins has missed the past six games after undergoing knee surgery to remove scar tissue from a previous surgery. Without Dobbins, the Ravens have had to lean on the running back duo of Gus Edwards and Kenyan Drake at various times. The last time we saw Dobbins on the field, he only produced 15 yards on seven carries. Chances are, the Ravens will take it slow with him like they did earlier this season, so we wouldn't expect him in Week 13 against Denver. Even if he plays, he figures to operate behind Gus Edwards, so don't plan on using him in fantasy leagues.
Raheem Mostert update, Week 13 fantasy outlook
Mostert (knee) missed last week's game against the Texans and will hope to practice this week ahead of the Dolphins' highly anticipated matchup against the 49ers.
With Mostert sidelined, the Dolphins leaned on veteran Jeff Wilson Jr., who had 39 yards on 13 carriers and a touchdown in their blowout win over Houston. Wilson Jr. suffered a calf injury on Sunday, but he was able to return and finish out the game. If Mostert can play on Sunday, he'll be a low-ceiling flex against a 49ers' defense allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to RBs this season.
