JK Dobbins injury update, Week 2 fantasy outlook

Dobbins was among the inactives in Week 1 for the Ravens after he was listed as "questionable" leading up to the regular season opener against the Jets. Dobbins told ESPN's Dianna Russini before Sunday's game that he will play "soon."

With Dobbins likely "questionable" last week, it appears more likely we will see him potentially in the next coming weeks. The young running back is working his way back from a torn ACL he suffered last summer. The key to Dobbins' return will be if he's participating in practice leading up to this weekend's game against the Dolphins. Last week, Dobbins was "limited" in one of the practices, which was somewhat of a positive sign. If he's active, he could see fewer snaps than usual, but he's still worth at least a flex spot given his talent and upside.

If Dobbins is out again, expect Kenyan Drake to be the Ravens' lead back on Sunday against the Dolphins. Drake led all Ravens' running backs with 12 touches despite only posting 46 total yards. The veteran running back is still widely available in Yahoo leagues and could be a flex option for Week 2.

Ken Walker injury update, Week 2 fantasy outlook

UPDATE: Seahawks' coach Pete Carroll said Tuesday that Walker will play in Week 2 against San Francisco.

Walker (hernia) was inactive for Seattle's Monday night game after missing practice all week. He actually hasn't practiced since mid-August, but the fact he was listed as "questionable" is somewhat encouraging.

WEEK 2 STANDARD RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/ST | Kicker

For the rookie to play on Sunday against the 49ers, we'll have to be able to practice at least for a couple of days during the week. If he's still not ready to go, the Seahawks seem more than comfortable letting Rashaad Penny handle all the carries. He looked good in the team's Week 1 win over the Broncos, rushing for 60 yards on 12 carries. He'll be a borderline RB1 against the Niners even if Walker is active. When Walker is healthy and ready to go, he's worth stashing, but he won't be playable until we actually see him get appreciable touches.
