Cooper Kupp injury update, Week 11 fantasy outlook

UPDATE: NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported on Monday afternoon that Kupp will miss "some time." At this point, Kupp owners should expect to be without their star until at least Week 13.

UPDATE 2: Kupp is underdoing surgery and will miss at least the next four games.

Kupp (ankle) seems to have avoided a worst-case scenario after going down in Sunday's game against the Cardinals, according to beat writer Jourdan Rodrigue. However, Rodrigue added the veteran receiver will go through further testing on his ankle in the coming days.

It is the second time in the past three weeks that Kupp has suffered an ankle injury. The star wide receiver had an ankle issue in Week 8 against the 49ers but was able to play the following week. Kupp might not be so lucky this time and could miss a few games. Rams Head coach Sean McVay said Sunday that Kupp's injury "didn't look good, didn't sound good," per Rodrigue. If the 29-year-old receiver were to miss time, Allen Robinson, Ben Skowronek, and Van Jefferson would be the Rams' top-three wideouts heading into next week's game against the Saints. Robinson would be a WR2, and both Skowronek and Jefferson have flex upside.

Jerry Jeudy injury update, Week 11 fantasy outlook

UPDATE: According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, an MRI revealed that Jeudy suffered a "mild ankle injury," but his status for Week 11 is still up in the air.

Broncos head coach Nathaniel Hackett told reporters Sunday they are "hoping that we dodged a bullet" when it comes to Jeudy's ankle injury, according to beat writer Aric DiLalla. The young wide receiver was carted off the field in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Titans.

If Jeudy is out for a couple of weeks, it will be a devastating blow to a mediocre Broncos' passing offense that has struggled mightily this season. Jeudy was coming off a solid outing last week against the Jaguars where he had six receptions (seven targets) for 63 yards and a touchdown. Deep-league owners should consider picking up Kendall Hinton, who posted four receptions (five targets) and 62 yards in Sunday's loss. A favorable matchup against the Raiders in Week 11 gives Hinton some boom-or-bust flex upside if Jeudy is out.

JuJu Smith-Schuster injury update, Week 11 fantasy outlook

Smith-Schuster (concussion) was ruled out of Sunday's game against the Jaguars after a devastating hit in the first half.

The veteran wide receiver will have to pass through the league's concussion protocol if he wants to return to practice and play next week against the Chargers. If Smith-Schuster is ruled out for Week 11, which seems likely given the severity of the hit he took, owners will be scrambling to pick up Kadarius Toney, who shined in Sunday's win over the Jags. Toney had four receptions (five targets) for 57 yards, a touchdown, and 33 rushing yards. Toney would be a flex against the Chargers next week. Owners could also take a flier on Marquez Valdes-Scantling, who had three receptions (four targets) for 60 yards and a touchdown on Sunday.
