Fantasy Injury Updates: DeVante Parker, Marquise Brown, Jamison Crowder affecting Week 15 start 'em, sit 'em calls image

It's already been a rough Week 15 for wide receivers, as Julio Jones and Kenny Golladay were ruled "out" (again) and Michael Thomas was placed on the IR. Questions linger about several other key WRs, including DeVante Parker and Jamison Crowder, who are both "questionable," and Marquise Brown, who was placed on the COVID list earlier in the week. Considering it's win-or-go-home time for most fantasy football owners, knowing the latest injury updates on these players will be crucial before locking in start 'em, sit 'em decisions.

We'll be providing the latest news below up until kickoff on Sunday.

Is DeVante Parker playing this week?

UPDATE 2: Parker is officially OUT, as is Jakeem Grant.

UPDATE: ESPN's Cameron Wolfe reported late Saturday night that Parker is expected to play this week.

Parker (hamstring) was limited in practice all week, which puts him on track to play on Sunday against the Patriots.

This could come down to a game-time decision, as Parker has a spotty injury history and hamstring injuries tend to linger, but as long as Parker is active, he's at least a WR3 in all fantasy formats. If he's out, some combination of Jakeem Grant (who's also "questionable" because of a hamstring injury), Mack Hollins, and Lynn Bowden will see more targets, with Bowden being the most intriguing because of his versatility.

Is Marquise Brown playing this week?

UPDATE: Brown is officially ACTIVE.

Brown was placed on the COVID list on Wednesday, but he was officially activated on Saturday, which means he's eligible to play this week against the Jaguars.

Despite some issues with drops, Brown has scored in three straight games and is a near must-start in a highly favorable matchup. If the Ravens decide to keep Brown out for some reason, expect Willie Snead to see more targets. He would have potential WR3 value in PPR leagues, but his ceiling would be fairly low.

WEEK 15 FANTASY: Sleepers | Busts Start 'em, sit 'em

Is Jamison Crowder playing this week?

UPDATE: Crowder is officially ACTIVE.

After getting in limited practices on Thursday and Friday, Crowder (calf) is expected to play on Sunday against the Rams, according to ESPN's Rich Cimini

WEEK 15 PPR RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

Crowder caught just two passes for seven yards against the NFL's worst pass defense in Seattle last week, so it's tough to count on him this week against one of the best pass defenses in L.A. Crowder is best left on fantasy benches this week, but it sounds like he'll be out there if you need him.
