A.J. Green looked all ready to go for Week 10, but things aren't looking as rosy for the Bengals' top WR. At least his outlook is better than Adam Thielen's or T.Y. Hilton's, who are both likely to be inactive in Week 10 and elevate Olabisi Johnson and Zach Pascal in our receiver rankings. Thursday saw some surprise news pop up about Amari Cooper, too. There's also some concern about Curtis Samuel, who's dealing with his second injury in as many weeks for the Panthers. Fantasy football owners need the latest updates ahead of their start 'em, sit 'em decisions, and we have them below.

Will A.J. Green play in Week 10?
Zac Taylor told reporters Wednesday that Green (ankle) went to receive treatment after the Bengals' walkthrough and didn't practice, calling him "day-to-day." Taylor also said that Green will have a "number of plays" upon his return, implying a pitch count to start off.
(Update: A.J. Green says he's "probably not" going to play Sunday, according to The Athletic's Paul Dehner Jr.)
Green's status looks less clear for Week 10 than it did a few days ago, and the idea that he'll be eased back into things doesn't help his fantasy value. It will tough to sit him if he's active, but this is clearly a volatile, low-ceiling situation. Auden Tate and Alex Erickson would both be in play if Green is out.

Amari Cooper injury update
Cooper is visiting a doctor Thursday to go over an MRI of a knee injury and won't practice. He apparently aggravated the injury on Monday night when it jammed into the turf.
(Update: Cooper is expected to practice Friday and play Sunday, according to ESPN's Todd Archer.)
Cooper is an obvious start against Minnesota if he's active. If he's out, Michael Gallup becomes a fantasy must-start and both Randall Cobb and Tavon Austin have FLEX intrigue, especially in PPR formats.
Adam Thielen injury update
Thielen (hamstring) missed Thursday's practice, and Vikings coach Mike Zimmer was already speaking with some optimism about Week 11, which suggests Thielen won't play on Sunday night against the Cowboys.
Olabisi Johnson will start with Thielen out and can be a FLEX play in deep fantasy leagues. However, the two biggest beneficiaries of Thielen's absence are tight ends Kyle Rudolph and Irv Smith Jr., who can both be considered solid bye week fill-ins for Week 10 as the Nos. 2 and 3 weapons in the passing game behind Stefon Diggs.

When will T.Y. Hilton be back?
Colts coach Frank Reich won't rule Hilton out yet for Week 10, but the initial timetable for T.Y. suggests there's at least another week to go before he's back. Hilton's absence (along with Parris Campbell's) will have Zach Pascal and Chester Rogers starting at WR for the Colts.
Jacoby Brissett's health is also in question heading into a Sunday meeting with the Dolphins. Zach Pascal is a strong WR3 play regardless of whether Brissett or Brian Hoyer is starting, while you really should only try Rogers at FLEX if Brissett is active.

Curtis Samuel injury news
Samuel dealt with a shoulder injury last week before playing and catching a touchdown, but he missed Wednesday's practice his week with a hamstring injury. Nothing has yet indicated that Samuel will miss Week 10 against the Packers.
(Update: Samuel was a full participant in Thursday's practice.)
Green Bay has an OK outside pass defense, so Samuel is no more than a WR3 if he's active. If Samuel were to sit, Jarius Wright would be a punt play at WR in DFS.
