Fantasy Football WR Rankings Week 11: Who to start, best sleepers at wide receiver image

We're inching closer to the fantasy football playoffs, as only four more weeks remain in the fantasy regular season. Fortunately, some (hopefully) returning stars strengthen our Week 11 fantasy WR rankings for standard leagues as you aim to help your team earn a "W" in your critical matchup.

It's a relatively tame bye week for receivers, but injuries remain an issue. Fortunately, sleepers and breakouts continue to emerge, even this late in the season. There are plenty of matchups to exploit, too, so our list remains deep.

Let's break down our Week 11 WR rankings so you can put your best lineup on the proverbial field.

Which WRs are on bye in Week 11?

With the Saints, Colts, Patriots, and Falcons getting the week off, Week 11's byes are manageable at WR. Chris Olave, Michael Pittman, Drake London, and Demario Douglas are the most notable missing receivers, and deep-league owners will also be without Josh Downs, Michael Thomas, Rashid Shaheed, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Alec Pierce.

WEEK 11 STANDARD RANKINGS:
QBs | RBsTEs | D/STs | Kickers

Fortunately, we don't lose many favorable matchups, as only the Colts were below average against fantasy receivers.

WEEK 11 PPR RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers

Who are the best fantasy WRs in Week 11?

Tyreek Hill (vs. Raiders in Week 11) and the Dolphins offense aims to get back on track after a rough offensive showing in Frankfurt. Despite a "down game" for Hill in Week 9, it wasn't a tough decision to put the receiver atop our Week 11 rankings.

CeeDee Lamb (@ Panthers) is creeping up the receiving yardage leaderboard, posting his fourth-straight games with at least 115 yards in Week 10. Lamb's seen 44 targets over his past three games, and another 10-plus targets feels likely against a reeling Panthers defense.

Keenan Allen (@ Packers) was in and out of the Chargers' Week 10 tilt, but he still managed to record 175 yards and two TDs in a narrow 41-38 loss to the Lions. Even if Allen's not 100 percent, he has the potential to post WR1-type fantasy numbers. Similarly, A.J. Brown (@ Chiefs) draws a challenging matchup against a sound Chiefs pass defense, but he's still an undisputed top-five play this week.

Ja'Marr Chase (@ Ravens) surprisingly saw just six targets last week despite Tee Higgins' (hamstring) absence, salvaging what could have been an underwhelming fantasy day with a 64-yard touchdown reception. With Higgins' Week 11 status looking bleak, Chase should assume a high target share on TNF.

While he might get targeted as much as he'd like, Stefon Diggs (vs. Jets) is as stable as it gets, looking to replicate his 10-catch, 102-yard, one-TD effort against the Jets in Week 1.

And hello, Justin Jefferson (@ Broncos) -- we've missed you. Jefferson could suit up for the first time since Week 5 after logging three limited practice sessions leading into Week 10.

WEEK 11 FANTASY ADVICE: Sleepers | Busts | Projections | Start-sit

Who are the best fantasy WR sleepers, waiver pickups in Week 11?

It was finally Quentin Johnston's (@ Packers) time, as the first-round rookie scored his first career TD in Week 10. With L.A. down two key cogs out wide, Johnston's fantasy trajectory is only going up. Fellow WR Jalen Guyton saw six targets in L.A.'s Week 10 shootout and has some deeper league appeal, as well.

Speaking of WRs who've stepped up due to injuries on his squad, Noah Brown (vs. Cardinals) consistently created separation against the Bengals' defensive backs, hauling in seven-of-eight targets for 172 yards. Since his quarterback doesn't look like he's slowing down anytime soon, Brown's a must-add and a borderline must-start in Week 11 even if Nico Collins (calf) returns.

Brandin Cooks (@ Panthers) is starting to hit his stride as a Cowboy, seeing 10 targets in Week 10 that translated that into nine receptions for 173 yards and a score. He's worth a look this week, as is another big-play receiver, Green Bay's Jayden Reed (vs. Chargers). The talented rookie had 84 yards and a score in Week 10 and now faces a struggling Chargers coverage unit that entered last week allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game (FPPG) to WRs.

Odell Beckham Jr. (vs. Bengals) has reached paydirt in consecutive weeks but is too TD-dependent to warrant starting consideration. That said, OBJ's still worthy of a bench stash as a reliable piece of the Ravens' offense. His Week 11 opponent, Trenton Irwin (@ Ravens), is a viable injury fill-in should Higgins miss his second straight contest.

WEEK 11 DFS:
DK lineup | FD lineup | Best values | Best stacks

Who are the biggest potential WR busts in Week 11?

Gabe Davis (vs. Jets) is way too volatile of our start for our liking, and we'd relegate him to bench duties in a tough matchup against a sound Jets pass defense. Khalil Shakir (vs. Jets) also profiles as a risky start against a Jets defense that entered Week 10 allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to WRs.

Calvin Ridley (vs. Titans) is in a favorable spot, but his inconsistencies raise a major red flag. Similarly, Jahan Dotson's (vs. Giants) Week 10 goose-egg results in a rankings slide, as it's hard to make a case to start the second-year wideout in standard formats.

Will Christian Watson (vs. Chargers) take advantage of a plus matchup? We want to think so, but given his current form, it's not crazy to leave him on your bench. Likewise, Jaxon Smith-Njigba (@ Rams) is still playing third fiddle and is better suited on the bench against a respectable Rams pass defense.

What are the biggest WR injuries in Week 11?

Leading into Week 10, Tee Higgins (hamstring), Zay Jones (knee), Nico Collins (calf), K.J. Osborn (concussion), DeVante Parker (concussion), and Treylon Burks (concussion) were among the most notable inactives. With Osborn already clearing the league's concussion protocol, he's returned to our Week 11 rankings, but we've left the others out for now.

Of course, Justin Jefferson (hamstring) is the biggest name we'll be watching this week, but after three limited practices leading up to Week 10, we expect him back against the Broncos.

Thankfully, only one fantasy-relevant WR, Michael Thomas (knee), exited early and didn't return in Week 10, but both Keenan Allen (shoulder) and Garrett Wilson (ankle) were in and out of the respective games. They will need to be monitored throughout the week.

As usual, we'll update these standard WR rankings throughout the week, so check back for the latest player movement and analysis.
