The potential return of Justin Jefferson gives fantasy football owners a breath of fresh air entering the home stretch of the regular season, and it should come as no surprise that Jefferson is toward the top of our Week 11 fantasy WR PPR rankings. He's joined by the usual target hogs at the top, followed by the next crop of sleeper and breakout candidates.
It's not a particularly damaging week for WR byes, but injuries remain at least a minor issue. We typically call wide receiver "fantasy's deepest position," and that's still the case, but depth only means so much when you're trying to find the three or four best WRs for your starting lineup.
Let's get to it and break down our Week 11 WR rankings.

Which WRs are on bye in Week 11?
Week 11's set of bye weeks isn't nearly as impactful on WRs as last week's was, as the Saints, Colts, Patriots, and Falcons are idle. That said, fantasy owners won't be able to start Chris Olave, Michael Pittman, Drake London, and Demario Douglas, which hurts.
WEEK 11 PPR RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers
In deeper leagues that also means no Josh Downs, Michael Thomas, Rashid Shaheed, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Alec Pierce, but the good news is fantasy owners don't lose any overly favorable WR matchups.

Who are the best fantasy WRs in Week 11?
Tyreek Hill (vs. Raiders in Week 11) aims to bounce back after a "down" game back in Week 9, facing an exploitable Raiders pass defense in what's likely a get-well game for the NFL's receiving leader. CeeDee Lamb (@ Panthers) continues to rise up our PPR rankings, posting his fourth-straight game with at least 115 yards in Week 10. Dak Prescott is looking Lamb's way a ton, as he's seen 44 targets over the past three weeks.
Despite not being 100 percent, Keenan Allen (@ Packers) recorded 175 yards and two TDs in a narrow 41-38 loss to the Lions last week. Justin Herbert's go-to receiver is always a threat to end the week as the overall PPR WR1, but monitor his sore shoulder throughout the week.
A.J. Brown (@ Chiefs) doesn't have the easiest of matchups, but he remains one of the top fantasy options in Week 11. The same goes for Ja'Marr Chase (@ Ravens), who wasn't utilized as much as we'd hope for with Tee Higgins (hamstring) missing time last week, but he still found a way to put up 124 yards and a TD.
Justin Jefferson (@ Broncos) returns to our Week 11 rankings, as the superstar wideout has a real chance to get activated ahead of Minnesota's road contest in Denver. Jefferson logged three straight limited practice sessions to end the week, putting him in position to suit up for the first time since Week 5.
WEEK 11 FANTASY ADVICE: Sleepers | Busts | Projections | Start-sit
Who are the best fantasy WR sleepers, waiver pickups in Week 11?
This week's crop of sleepers and waiver wire adds include Noah Brown (vs. Cardinals), Quentin Johnston and Jalen Guyton (@ Packers), Jayden Reed (vs. Chargers), Brandin Cooks (@ Panthers), Elijah Moore (vs. Steelers), and Trenton Irwin (@ Ravens).
Brown balled out for a second straight week, posting 172 yards on seven receptions. With C.J. Stroud already looking like an All-Pro under center, Brown has WR3 appeal in a juicy matchup even if Nico Collins (calf) returns.
Johnston scored his first career TD in a four-target showing against the Lions, and in a pass-heavy Chargers offense, he's more than worthy of a pickup to help fantasy owners down the stretch. Guyton saw six targets in L.A.'s Week 10 shootout and has deeper-league appeal.
Cooks saw 10 targets in Week 10, totaling 173 yards, and a TD on nine receptions. In what could be another lopsided game against the reeling Panthers, another strong fantasy day could be in store for the vet.
Game script forced Deshaun Watson to throw at a high clip, but Moore reeled in five catches on seven targets for 44 yards and a TD. Reed's a trusted option of Jordan Love's and now faces a struggling Chargers coverage unit that entered last week allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game to WRs.

Who are the biggest potential WR busts in Week 11?
Given how inconsistent he's been, it's hard to trust Calvin Ridley (vs. Titans) right now. That said, we don't fault fantasy owners for starting him given the matchup, but we'd rather not put ourselves through the Ridley experience for another week.
Just when Jahan Dotson (vs. Giants) was gaining steam, he proceeded to post a goose egg. Yes, his high route participation numbers are strong, but the week-to-week variance is tough to swallow.
Gabe Davis and Khalil Shakir (vs. Jets) face a Jets defense that entered Week 10 allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to WRs, making them look more like sits than starts.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba (@ Rams) has some flex appeal in 12-team formats, but he's still clearly Geno Smith's No. 3 option.
What are the biggest WR injuries in Week 11?
Luckily, just one fantasy-relevant WR, Michael Thomas (knee) exited early in Week 10, but Keenan Allen (shoulder) and Garrett Wilson (ankle) were checked by their respective training staffs during their games. Both will bear watching throughout the week.
There were numerous fantasy-relevant WRs who missed Week 10 entirely due to injury. Tee Higgins (hamstring), Zay Jones (knee), Nico Collins (calf), K.J. Osborn (concussion), DeVante Parker (concussion), and Treylon Burks (concussion) each landed on their squad's respective inactive list, and Osborn seems like the only sure thing to suit up this week.
Justin Jefferson (hamstring) will be the most-watched WR in practice this week, but after he was deemed "questionable" ahead of last week's game, we expect him back against the Broncos.
As usual, we'll update these WR PPR rankings throughout the week, so check back for the latest player movement and analysis.
