@Brad_Pinkerton's Top 5 Fantasy Football Sleepers

Ryan Tannehill, QB, Dolphins. Tannehill quietly topped 4,000 passing yards with 28 total touchdowns last season, his first in Bill Lazor's QB-friendly offense. He should be even better in Year 2 with Kenny Stills, Jordan Cameron and DeVante Parker on the squad.

Latavius Murray, RB, Raiders. Murray is a big, freakish athlete, and we're about to see the Raiders unleash him after holding him back as a raw rookie. The Raiders offense is still a work in progress, but it should be much better with Murray, Amari Cooper and Derek Carr all on the field at once. Murray is the breakout RB to have in 2015.

LeGarrette Blount, RB, Patriots. Most fantasy owners are going to avoid a Belichick backfield, making Blount a potential value. In his last 12 games with the Patriots, he's rolled up 907 rushing yards (76 per game) with 14 touchdowns on 176 carries (15 per game, 5.2 ypc).

Nelson Agholor, WR, Eagles. Everyone's on the Jordan Matthews breakout bandwagon, so there's no "sleeper" value there, but don't overlook Agholor. The rookie from USC has a good chance to be the Eagles' No. 2 or 3 receiver and could see a large dose of targets right away. Agholor is a cheap way to buy into the Eagles' O.

Dwayne Allen, TE, Colts. Allen has been stuck sharing TE targets with Coby Fleener, but make no mistake -- Allen is the better athlete and TD threat. He just needs to stay healthy to finally separate himself from Fleener. Allen has top-10 (or even top-five) upside in the Colts offense.

Deeper Sleepers

Blake Bortles, QB, Jaguars. Year 2 should be much smoother, and the Jags have surrounded Bortles with playmakers.

Tre Mason, RB, Rams. Mason will get more work than you might think before Todd Gurley's knee is 100 percent, and who knows when that might be?

David Johnson, RB, Cardinals. Andre Ellington is unlikely to hold up all season, making Johnson a must-have handcuff, a likely timeshare back and a potential breakout if the former goes down.

Markus Wheaton, WR, Steelers. While most fantasy owners are pointing to Martavis Bryant as the Steelers' breakout receiver, Ben Roethlisberger is actually pointing to Wheaton, who was listed as the team's No. 2 WR on the initial depth chart.

Tyler Eifert, TE, Bengals. Finally healthy, Eifert will help fill the void as Andy Dalton's second read and red-zone target after A.J. Green.

MORE FANTASY FOOTBALL SLEEPERS: QBs | RBsWRs | One from every team | Lutovsky's picks

@Brad_Pinkerton's Top 5 Fantasy Football Busts

Drew Brees, QB, Saints. I have a bad feeling that Brees is in for a rough year minus Jimmy Graham's elite talent and Kenny Stills' ability to stretch the field. We may see a very different, low-volume Saints offense in 2015.

Jonathan Stewart, RB, Panthers. Stewart is finally set to open the year as Carolina's undisputed feature back, which increases the likeihood of injury for the fragile back. And don't forget about Cam Newton and Mike Tolbert stealing short TDs. If you gamble on Stewart anyway, make sure to handcuff him with Cameron Artis-Payne.

Giovani Bernard, RB, Bengals. Make no mistake about it; this is Jeremy Hill's backfield now. Bernard may be no more than a third-down back, so don't draft him as a fantasy starter.

Brandon Marshall, WR, Jets. Not only was Marshall losing pass-happy coordinator Marc Trestman in Chicago anyway, now he's stuck in one of the league's worst QB situations with an entirely new and different offensive philosophy. Marshall is far from a WR1 now and could even struggle for WR2 value.

Travis Kelce, TE, Chiefs. Fantasy folks are getting a little too excited about Kelce in the Chiefs' ultra-conservative offense. Do you like Jeremy Maclin in K.C.? Even if you think Kelce will be a solid fantasy starter, compare those expectations to his ADP, which is higher than Greg Olsen's.

More Warnings

Marcus Mariota, QB, Titans. Not super high on any rookie QB, but at least Jameis Winston has huge, talented targets to work with; not so much for Mariota.

Rashad Jennings, RB, Giants. Already too injury-prone for my liking, Jennings will also have to compete for carries with Andre Williams and newcomer Shane Vereen.

Tevin Coleman, RB, Falcons. Fantasy owners badly want one of the Falcons backs to bust out, but both Coleman and Devonta Freeman have been sidelined with hamstring injuries in camp. When both are healthy, I see this as more of a committee or maybe hot-hand situation rather than either being a clear-cut No. 1.

Victor Cruz, WR, Giants. I can't trust a receiver who relies on his burst coming off a torn patellar tendon. Furthermore, I can't trust Eli Manning.

Josh Hill, TE, Saints. Repeat after me: Josh Hill is no Jimmy Graham. That's why the Saints offense will look much different in 2015.
