Fantasy enthusiasts in both DFS and season-long formats have to roll up their sleeves this week with 12 teams off of the main slate (six on bye), including the Bills, Cowboys, Chargers, and Vikings. Offense might be a little more difficult to find with so many potentially high-upside daily fantasy football picks unavailable to us, but there is still some exciting value to consider for our Week 7 DraftKings lineup.

Before we break down our lineup, here are the most notable scoring rules for DraftKings contests: Full-point PPR, four-point passing TDs, three-point bonuses for 100 rushing yards, 100 receiving yards, and 300 passing yards.

DraftKings Picks Week 7: NFL DFS lineup for GPP tournaments

Sunday main slate, $50,000 budget

QB Jalen Hurts, Eagles @ Raiders ($6,900) Hurts’ film might not always be a work of art, but he’s a threat to surpass the 30-point barrier whenever he steps onto the field. He finished Week 4 with 31.2 DraftKings points and has flirted with that lofty plateau on a couple of other occasions. Right tackle Lane Johnson (personal) will make his return this week. Even with a bolstered offensive line, we’re not ready to believe that Nick Sirianni and the Eagles will lean on their running backs more frequently. Hurts should be in store for another high usage day in a game that could see a reasonable amount of scoring.

RB Josh Jacobs, Raiders vs. Eagles ($6,200) Efficiency continues to elude Jacobs, but we believe in his volume and the room it has to improve. His 16 carries marked a season best, and he’s only one week removed from earning five targets in back-to-back contests. Furthermore, the Eagles present a friendlier run defense than the Broncos and Bears did the past two weeks. They rank No. 23 in rush defense DVOA and have given up the fifth-most rushing yards per game (135.3). This Raiders offense will be worth watching closely to see which of Jon Gruden’s offensive philosophies remain and which are replaced with fresh ideas and practices. Jacobs will benefit handsomely if he finds more usage in the passing game.

RB D’Andre Swift, Lions @ Rams ($6,000) The Lions won’t head into too many "good" matchups this season, but this one does appear particularly poor on paper. We’re calling on Swift nonetheless. He continues to receive a high volume of opportunities, shown by his 20 opportunities (carries plus targets), 18 touches, and 17.7 DK points last week. The final fantasy tally wasn’t overly impressive, but Swift did demonstrate that he’s able to produce even in unfavorable situations. Jamaal Williams (hip) was banged up a bit and saw a season-low 19 snaps. He might be more involved this week, but Swift should still have chances to make his presence felt in fantasy lineups, especially in DK's full-point PPR scoring.

WR Brandin Cooks, Texans @ Cardinals ($6,000) Cooks had a couple of quiet weeks facing off against a pair of stingy and savvy defenses, but the targets began flowing once again in Week 6. Cooks’ 13 targets weren’t even a season-high -- that would be the 14 he earned in Week 2 -- but he should be in line for another busy day at the office in Week 7 with 10-plus looks. He will have a decent chance at advancing past the 20-DK-point plateau like he did in each of the season’s three games.

WEEK 7 STANDARD RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

WR Chris Godwin, Buccaneers vs. Bears ($5,900) Godwin has been overshadowed by both Mike Evans and Antonio Brown at times this season, not to mention the tight ends. Honing in on the week’s winner from Tampa Bay’s receiving corps is going to be a challenge all season, but that task leads us to Godwin this time around. There’s nothing to fret about his volume -- he’s seen 13 and 11 targets in games this season -- and he’s perfectly capable of revisiting the end zone after he scored in Weeks 1 and 2. (Update: With Antonio Brown out because of an ankle injury, Godwin is even more of a value, though he might be a bit chalky now.)

WR Jaylen Waddle, Dolphins vs. Falcons ($5,600) Waddle’s two touchdowns in London were certainly the exclamation point on his Week 6 stat line, but it was also his second game this season earning 13 targets. He caught 22 of those 26 looks but totaled a modest 128 yards. We know Waddle came into the league with explosive traits, so it won’t be a surprise to see him deliver some bigger plays in the weeks ahead.

WEEK 7 PPR RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

TE Dallas Goedert, Eagles @ Raiders ($4,600) Even before Goedert missed Week 6 on the COVID-IL, he was trailing Zach Ertz by six targets (25-to-19). But with Ertz out of the picture following his trade to the Cardinals, Goedert has the tight end gig all to himself. He’s averaged a healthy 14.4 yards per catch and has scored on a pair of occasions, so if he’s able to take advantage of the increased opportunity we expect him to receive, he could emerge as one of the top players at the position over the balance of the season.

FLEX Darrel Williams, Chiefs @ Titans ($5,800) As long as the Chiefs are going to confidently provide Williams with volume -- he handled 24 touches in place of starter Clyde Edwards-Helaire (knee) -- we’re going to like him in our lineups. He wasn’t particularly efficient with 89 total yards, but he scored twice en route to 23.9 DK points. The Titans rank No. 27 in rushing and overall defensive DVOA, so it’s a great spot for the Chiefs and Williams on paper.

WEEK 7 FANTASY: Sleepers | Busts | Start 'em, sit 'em

D/ST Ravens vs. Bengals ($2,900) The Bengals might no longer be the same offense to pick on indiscriminately, but the Ravens are playing good football. Even though they haven’t been dominant from a fantasy perspective -- the pair 11-DK-point performances is their highlight thus far -- it’s a defense that has premium talent.
