Daily Fantasy Football Week 14 Picks: DraftKings cash game lineup, strategy, advice image

We bounced back from a tough week by topping 150 points for the second time in three weeks in Week 13, which will do the job in DraftKings cash games. The key strategy move was a Sunday morning pivot to Golden Tate, though we were already in decent shape with Jordan Howard, Travis Kelce and Michael Crabtree. We'll try to keep the train rolling with our Week 14 daily fantasy football picks.

The Raiders and Chiefs playing Thursday will rob this column of a few regulars since we're focusing on Sunday contests, but we'll more than manage thanks to some favorable matchups and under-priced, high-volume players.

Week 14 daily fantasy football picks: Draftkings cash games

QB Ben Roethlisberger, PIT at BUF ($7,000): The Bills are reeling after giving up 29 second-half points to the Raiders and now get Roethlisberger just as he's meshing with complementary weapon Ladarius Green. Monitor weather to avoid heavy wind or rain, but we'll definitely take our swing in a snow game.

RB LeSean McCoy, BUF vs. PIT ($8,200): McCoy is game-script-proof thanks to heavy involvement in the pass game and is looking as fresh as ever. Among backs taking 50-plus percent of snaps since Week 11, McCoy leads in yards per carry while placing top-five in both rushing yards, receiving yards, and catches.

RB Carlos Hyde, SF vs. NYJ ($4,900): Sub-$5K is just too low for a back averaging more than 20-plus touches per game over the past three weeks. Per Pro Football Focus data, Hyde ranks top 10 in per-attempt and after-contact rushing over this span (min. 50 percent snaps), despite inconsistent quarterback play.

WEEK 14 RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

WR Odell Beckham, NYG vs. DAL ($8,000): Eli Manning has played some poor football, and OBJ still hit 20 DK points in four of the past five games. This has coincided directly with double-digit target weeks, so we'll take that recently raised floor at a $500 discount from last Sunday.

WR Brandon LaFell, CIN at CLE ($5,000): Andy Dalton has targeted LaFell more than any Bengals player since A.J. Green (hamstring) exited three games ago, ranking 11th in targets among all NFL receivers since then. We'll gladly take $5K against a Browns defense allowing the second-most yards per pass.

WR Pierre Garcon, WAS at PHI ($4,200): Jamo and DeSean will get plenty of run from the public against Philly's struggling CBs, but Garcon's dirt-cheap price works for cash at his current volume. The vet leads his team in targets since Week 11, while also landing top 10 among all WRs in catches in yards.

TE Ladarius Green, PIT at BUF ($3,900): His contract, Martavis Bryant's suspension, Markus Wheaton's injury, and 11 targets lat Sunday lead us right to the conclusion: The Steelers view Green as integral to their offense, and this should reflect in his weekly floor.

FLEX Frank Gore, IND vs. HOU ($4,800): An old reliable. We love slotting him for sub-$5K at FLEX in cash games, particularly when Andrew Luck is healthy and the Colts are favored. Gore is top 10 among RBs in carries and top 20 in targets, and it doesn't hurt that Indy's O just bulldozed the Jets on Monday night.

DST Vikings at Jaguars ($3,900): Fade Bortles and log off. The Broncos' pick-six paid off with last week's GPP lineup, but we strayed from DenverWe  vs. Jags in cash. Minnesota's defense forced a sack-fumble on Dak Prescott and could also manage a couple here.
