BIG night in the NBA with 12 games on the slate. There are quality value plays at each position, while the top-tier players aren't great value plays and Russell Westbrook is no longer a must-start with Durant back. I love Anthony Davis tonight, but his price tag is absurd.

The point guard position is led by Jeff Teague because the Hawks will need him to have a big game if they want any shot at beating the Warriors. Still like D.J. Augustin as he's averaging 50! fantasy points in four out of the past six games. It was the second game of a back-to-back in each of the two games he played poorly in. Marcus Smart and George Hill are solid value plays at the position. The shooting guard position is filled with quality mid-tier plays that it makes it hard to pay up for any of the top-tier players. James Harden is a good GPP option as he will blow up for a big game as long as he doesn't aggravate his knee injury.
Really like Gordon Hayward and Kawhi Leonard, but will only play one of them because there are plenty of safe mid-tier plays. However, there aren't that many low-tier options that are worth using at small forward. The power forward is tough to figure out tonight because a lot of the stud players at the top are unlikely to reach value. Jared Sullinger is one of the best options at the position, but make sure he starts. Also, Markieff Morris will see an uptick in minutes with Alex Len out. I'm going to be using Roy Hibbert as my main center tonight because he doesn't cost that much, but more importantly, Ian Mahinmi and Lavoy Allen are both expected to be out, which means Hibbert is going to play most of the minutes at center. The center position is not a good place to find value, so if you don't go with Hibbert, then spend up for a more expensive player. Good luck tonight!

Jeff Teague | Hawks | 5,300 | 7,700 | 7,400 | High floor/ceiling & produces in all categories. |
D.J. Augustin | Pistons | 4,900 | 7,200 | 6,600 | Still cheap on Aces/DK. He'll be in a majority of my LUs. (Optimal lineup pick.) |
Kyle Lowry | Raptors | 5,600 | 8,000 | 7,500 | Cheapest he's been all season. Not a great matchup though. |
George Hill | Pacers | 4,600 | 5,300 | 4,700 | Continues to put up huge FP in reduced minutes. Good GPP play. |
Marcus Smart | Celtics | 4,300 | 4,900 | 4,600 | Safe low-tier option. (SN value pick) |
Shooting Guards
Player | Team | Fantasy Aces | Fanduel | DraftKings | Comments |
DeMar DeRozan | Raptors | 5,450 | 6,900 | 6,800 | Clippers are a bad defensive team and he has a high ceiling. (Optimal lineup pick) |
Giannis Antetokounmpo | Bucks | 4,650 | 6,400 | 6,000 | Love his price tag on Aces. Safe mid-tier play. |
Jamal Crawford | Clippers | 4,400 | 5,200 | 5,000 | People will be off him after last night's dud, but he's going to bounce back. |
O.J. Mayo | Bucks | 4,100 | 5,100 | 4,500 | Great GPP option that has been very consistent. |
James Harden | Rockets | 7,300 | 10,800 | 10,300 | Worried about his knee, but he put up 61 FP vs the Bucks earlier this season. |
Small Forwards
Player | Team | Fantasy Aces | Fanduel | DraftKings | Comments |
Gordon Hayward | Jazz | 5,750 | 8,100 | 7,800 | High ceiling & contributes in all categories. Kawhi Leonard is a good play as well. (Optimal lineup pick.) |
Robert Covington | Sixers | 4,700 | 6,300 | 5,700 | Good price on Aces/DK, but a bit too expensive on FD. |
Josh Smith | Rockets | 4,700 | 6,100 | 5,800 | Has 34-plus FP on FD in 3 out of the past 4 games. |
Khris Middleton | Bucks | 4,400 | 6,400 | 6,100 | Great price on Aces. Prefer T. Harris over him on FD. (Optimal lineup pick.) |
Trevor Ariza | Rockets | 4,550 | 5,300 | 5,400 | Still super cheap on FD. |
Power Forwards
Player | Team | Fantasy Aces | Fanduel | DraftKings | Comments |
Anthony Davis | Pelicans | 7,600 | 11,400 | 10,800 | Expect a big game from him, but more of a GPP play b/c of his high price tag. |
Jared Sullinger | Celtics | 5,000 | 6,600 | 6,500 | Solid matchup and safe mid-tier option, assuming he starts. |
Nerlens Noel | Sixers | 4,650 | 6,000 | 5,400 | Boom/bust contrarian play on Aces/DK |
Carlos Boozer | Lakers | 4,250 | 6,000 | 5,700 | Amazed how cheap he is on Aces. Has 31-plus FP in 4 out of the past 5 games |
Patrick Patterson | Raptors | 3,900 | 5,000 | 4,400 | Playing more minutes and has produced at least 29 FP in 3 straight games |
Centers
Player | Team | Fantasy Aces | Fanduel | DraftKings | Comments |
Roy Hibbert | Pacers | 4,700 | 6,100 | 5,500 | Superb value across the board |
Andre Drummond | Pistons | 5,900 | 8,400 | 7,800 | High price tag on FD, but he's averaging 40 FP in the past 3 games. |
Chris Bosh | Heat | 5,650 | 7,700 | 7,400 | GPP option that is going to have a high usage rate. Like Horford as well |
