The Battle in the Bronx gives us the top two starters in Tuesday's pitcher rankings, with Jacob deGrom and Sonny Gray set to take the hill. Expect both to be popular in daily fantasy baseball contests.
The Yankees continue to strike out lately, and Gray has a great matchup against the Mets offense. Not far behind, Danny Salazar against the Twins looks good. The ever-reliant Brad Peacock unfortunately plays in the lone afternoon game at Arizona.
As you drop farther down in the rankings, there are some tough spots for great pitchers. Madison Bumgarner has a tough test against the hot-hitting Marlins, and Alex Wood, even with the favorable matchup, is struggling to miss bats. He's produced four or fewer strikeouts in four of his past five games.
In the boom-or-bust department, Rick Porcello is coming off back-to-back great starts, and he faces a Cardinals lineup that has the third most strikeouts against righties in the second half of the season. Others include Marco Estrada and Kyle Freeland.

We have a 14-game slate tonight, and there are plenty of pitchers to target around the same price ranges. Once again, hitter salaries are pretty different between the sites, but there are a solid number of both top and value options to go with for each position.
The game at Coors features the highest total, but the Dodgers, Red Sox, Tigers, and Indians all have high totals, too. Plus we have a hot Cubs offense, rookie starters, and struggling pitchers all going. Weather wise, it looks to be good all-around, but make sure you check back closer to first pitch for any updates.
