Fantasy sports is so popular because they allow participants to escape their often mundane realities and not only live vicariously through their favorite athletes, but have a tangible vested interest in their success. The problem comes when we have to close out the apps on our phone and shut down our computers and return to the rigors of day-to-day activities. Don't get it twisted, I wouldn't want to be any one other than Nick Birdsong (OK maybe, I'd like to be LeBron James or Michael B. Jordan or the Prince of Zamunda), but my point is my life, like anyone else's, is awesome when I'm doing what I want to do.

But so often we find ourselves, doing what others want us to do because it's part of not being a horrible human being. I'm not even talking about working. My job is amazing. (*winks at bosses*). You have to do what you have to do. I'm talking about that stuff that, though we might not want to admit it, none of us really want to do. Things such as attending your significant other's friends' weddings or hearing about how someone elses' vaction or engagement photo shoot went. Comedy Central's Hannibal Buress, the star of the network's new show "Why with Hannibal Buress", has a solution-The Fantasy Life League. It "turns the lives of the boring people you know into the most exciting game on the planet."

I'm not kidding. I need this in my life.
