Theo Walcott may not necessarily reach the heights that Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane did in their glittering careers, but he can at least say that he has surpassed the duo in Champions League goals.

The Arsenal striker scored in the first half of Tuesday's Champions League match against Bayern Munich – his 15th career strike in the competition.

That goal took him past the legendary duo, who each only managed 14 goals in their Champions League careers.

Walcott has scored his 15 Champions League goals against the following teams: Bayern Munich, Ludogorets, Basel, Olympiakos, Dinamo Zagreb, Marseille, Schalke, Udinese (2), Barcelona, Villarreal, Fenerbahce, FC Twente, Slavia Praha (2).

The 27-year-old striker has been especially prolific recently at the Emirates Stadium.

Next up for Walcott: the slightly more difficult task of taking home Ballon d'Or and World Cup trophies like the Brazilian and Frenchman did!
