Liverpool will attempt to put one foot in the Champions League final when they welcome Roma to Anfield on Tuesday for the first leg of their semi-final clash.
Jurgen Klopp's side set up a last-four encounter with the Serie A outfit by beating Manchester City with ease in the quarter-final, coming out on top with a 5-1 aggregate victory.
The manner of that triumph, in tandem with the sensational form of Mohamed Salah, sees the Reds installed as favourites to reach the final, but they cannot rest on their laurels.
Indeed, Roma's route to the semi-final was similarly spectacular as they stunned Barcelona and they will be ready to punish any complacency on the Premier League side's part.

Match Preview
The Champions League semi-final clash between Liverpool and Roma this season evokes plenty of of intrigue, not least because the two teams were not expected to make it this far into the tournament.
It is, of course, a repeat of the 1984 European Cup final, which the Reds won on penalties in Rome, something that Carlo Ancelotti - who was a member of the Giallorossi squad at the time - believes will act as a further incentive for Italians.
As well as that, it is a game that sees the return of Salah to his former club, having joined Klopp's men from the Giallorossi ahead of the 2017-18 season last summer, and he will no doubt be key to any success the hosts will have on Tuesday, even if his former team-mate Kevin Strootman says they have a 'special plan' for him.
Both sides come into the game in good form, with Liverpool on a seven-match unbeaten run, while Roma have been buoyant following their incredible victory over Barca, picking up two wins and a draw in the fixtures since.
With the Anfield crowd behind them on Tuesday, Liverpool will hope to put the tie out of sight at home, but Roma have shown that they are not the kind of team to simply roll over.
