Anyone who followed Radamel Falcao from his Porto days, or even his Atletico Madrid days, will know the Colombian has real quality, but failed spells at Manchester United and Chelsea saw the 31-year-old labelled a flop by Premier League faithfuls.
Fast forward to this season, however, and people are starting to see what all the fuss is about - 18 goals in 24 games for Monaco? Not too shabby.
'But Ligue 1 is easy!' we hear you cry. We'll leave that up for debate, but take one look at some of his stats from Europe and you might change your mind.

Falcao has scored a massive 45 goals in 50 appearances in UEFA competition, a ratio of 0.9 goals per game.
To put that into context, the Champions League's first centurion, Cristiano Ronaldo, only has a goal return of 0.74, while Lionel Messi's 0.82.
Add to that the fact that Falcao has scored against nearly every single team he has come up against in Europe and the negative views might start to change.
