Jermell Charlo may be the undisputed champion at super-welterweight but, while he's sidelined with a hand injury, two of the key contenders in the division will meet for the interim WBO strap.

Tim Tszyu (21-0), who was set to face Charlo in Las Vegas in January, and Tony Harrison (29-3-1), the only man to have defeated Charlo, will now face off for gold at 154-lbs.

Where is Tim Tszyu vs Tony Harrison?

Tszyu will fight for a maiden world title in his hometown of Sydney.

Qudos Bank Arena has been chosen as the host venue of next month’s WBO super-welterweight world championship bout between Tszyu and American Tony Harrison.

Sydney beat out competition from Melbourne and the Gold Coast for the right to host the blockbuster event which will take place on Sunday, March 12.

The arena at Sydney Olympic Park has a capacity of just under 20,000, with a bumper crowd expected to see the popular Aussie in action.

Tszyu has already headlined a show at the venue, defeating Takeshi Inoue via a one-sided unanimous decision back in November 2021.

What is the time difference in Australia?

Due to the international significance of the fight, the card is set to get underway late on Sunday morning in Sydney.

With Sydney 16 hours ahead of U.S. ET, that allows for a primetime Saturday night broadcast in America when the main event kicks off in the afternoon.
