A pair of undefeated records entered the ring and it was Terence Crawford who came out victorious over Jeff Horn as the new WBO welterweight world champion.

Crawford dominated all night long showing his combination of power and speed from the very first round. Horn tried his best to lead the punching but it was Crawford who was able to land the consistent power punches that eventually exhausted the Australian and led to the Round 9 TKO win.

Crawford came into the fight after previously holding two other division belts in lightweight and junior welterweight. The American's record now improves to 33-0 and the win should put him in the conversation for the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world.
