The next event featuring a YouTuber vs. an MMA fighter in a boxing fight won’t include Jake Paul this time. Instead, it will consist of two rivals who finally reached their breaking point this year. KSI faces MMA fighter Dillon Danis in a boxing ring on January 14, 2023.
The fight takes place in the OVO Arena Wembley in London. This will be the fourth event of the MF & DAZN: X Series. They confirmed they will fight one another during a face-off at MF & DAZN: X Series 003 in Texas.
Danis will be fighting professionally for the first time since 2019. An associate of Conor McGregor’s, Danis is 2-0 in MMA, with his last fight being a submission win over Max Humphrey at Bellator 222. Since then, Danis has managed to remain a popular but controversial figure by getting into fights with YouTubers outside of the ring/cage.

A fight has been teased between the two, along with Danis vs. the Paul brothers. A few weeks after being involved in an altercation with Nate Diaz at UFC 281, Danis confronted KSI during the buildup to MF & DAZN: X Series 003. The two engaged in a brawl that involved several other fighters on the card.

Per MMA Junkie, Danis was granted permission by Bellator for this fight.
A YouTuber and singer, KSI made his amateur boxing debut in 2018, beating Joe Weller. KSI then fought Logan Paul to a draw in August of that year inside the Manchester Arena. The two were elevated to the pro ranks, and KSI beat Paul via split decision inside the Staples Center. KSI returned to action in August 2022, beating Swarmz and Luis Alcaraz Pineda in one night.
There are rumors KSI may fight Jake Paul in 2023. For now, he must deal with Danis.
