The rivalry between the two has caused quite a debate: Who will win, the boxer or the YouTuber?

Tensions rose at the weigh-in on Saturday morning, with a calm and composed Paul taking a barrage of verbals from Fury in the midday heat.

Meanwhile, Paul continues to rile the Fury clan via social media, after making an offer of a new all-or-nothing contract at the press conference earlier in the week, which his opponent is yet to sign.

The pair face off at Diriyah Arena in Saudi Arabia on Sunday. The bout can be viewed via ESPN+ PPV in the United States.

Top Rank has been Fury’s home for a number of years, thanks to his association with his half-brother Tyson. It is Paul’s first time working with Top Rank, as he has previously worked with Triller and Showtime.

If you asked anyone on Paul’s team who wins between their man and the English boxer, it’s not surprising they remain loyal. However, BJ Flores, trainer of Paul, has provided an honest assessment of the YouTuber that indicates he is the better fighter.

"Tommy's got some really good attributes. He's got hand speed, and he's been around the boxing ring for a long time, but I feel like he's in with just a better athlete," Flores said to Sky Sports.

"Jake punches harder, he's smarter, has a higher boxing IQ, and I feel like he does a lot of things that will give Tommy a lot of problems.”

Paul is 6-0 in the boxing ring, having fought YouTubers, MMA fighters, and former NBA players. With four wins via knockout, Flores believes Paul can knock Fury out in three rounds.

A Love Island reality show alum, Fury also has four wins via knockout. He has eight wins against opposition with legitimate boxing experience.

Fury is ready to use that toward his advantage and finally shut down the hype “The Problem Child” has been given since he started boxing in 2020.

“He (Paul) can’t box for toffee,” Fury told GQ. “The only hope he's got is getting in my head. But that's not gonna work because the man's a fool. And I'm treating him like a fool. All he is to me is another opponent that's getting knocked spark out.”
