Under the bright lights of Saudi Arabia’s Diriyah Arena, Jake Paul and Tommy Fury are ready to put on a show.

In cruiserweight action, Paul and Fury are fighting not only for bragging rights but for a potential top-15 ranking within the WBC.

Since 2020, Paul has gone 6-0 inside a boxing ring. The YouTuber started fighting fellow influencers, knocking out AnEsonGib.

He has since faced former NBA star Nate Robinson and MMA fighters Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley, and Anderson Silva. The 47-year-old Silva was Paul’s toughest opponent to date.

Fury made his pro debut in 2018. The former Love Island star is not impressed by Paul’s resume.

The man with four wins via knockout believes number five will come at the expense of Paul. Though he doesn't have high-profile wins, Fury's is confident Paul won't stand a chance in this fight.

"He beat a 50-year-old man," Fury told Boxing Scene. "He’s beaten a washed-up MMA fighter, a 140-pound or whatever Tyron Woodley was at welterweight. He beat an NBA star [Nate Robinson], a wrestler [Ben Askren], and another YouTuber. I think they’re the six.

"So, at the end of the day, I don’t reckon there’s anything to him at all. I think it’s gonna be light work. I’ve trained for Jake Paul like I’m fighting Artur Beterbiev for all the glory. So, he really is f—. He’s got nothing in his arsenal that can keep me, you know, away from knocking him out."

The bout has attracted huge criticism from some quarters, with many a hardcore boxing fan unhappy with the attention surrounding it and huge payday on offer.

That payday has been the subject of Paul's latest social media output, too, as he attempts to add more spice to proceedings in the final hours. The American offered Fury a new all-or-nothing contract earlier this week, which Paul insists is yet to be signed by the other party.
