Gervonta Davis - Frank Martin
(Esther Lin/Premier Boxing Champions)

Gervonta Davis is back in action, facing a rising lightweight in Frank Martin. It is all part of a stacked fight card for Premier Boxing Champions featuring David Benavidez, Carlos Adames and more.

Davis is a two-division champion, holding super featherweight and lightweight gold. “Tank” was dubbed “the face of boxing” after beating Ryan Garcia in 2023. The 29-year-old, with all but two wins via knockout, looks to make Martin another victim of the power punch, with the list including Garcia, Yuriorkis Gamboa and Rolando Romero.

Ranked second in the WBA rankings, Martin, 29, is coming off an impressive win against Artem Harutyunyan, forcing the German fighter to take a knee last year. “The Ghost” has 12 wins via knockout and looks for the biggest win of his career.

The card features four title fights. Davis and Martin compete for the former’s WBA lightweight title. Davis won the WBA (Regular) lightweight title in 2019 and was elevated to full-time after undisputed lightweight champion Devin Haney relinquished the WBA belt
