Emanuel Navarrete will be aiming to extend his run of wins well beyond 11 years when he faces fellow Mexican Oscar Valdez.
The 28-year-old puts his WBO super featherweight title on the line against former two-weight champion Valdez in Arizona.
Valdez lost his WBC belt in the only defeat of his 32-fight career, losing on points to Shakur Stevenson in April 2022.
He returned to the scene of that loss, Las Vegas, to beat Adam Lopez over 10 rounds in May and is the favourite with bookmakers to have the better of Navarrete.
