In search of the best NFL Week 2 touchdown scorer props, odds, and picks to target?

Let's go! We'll be focusing on two games with the aim of cashing in on anytime TD scorer odds in NFL Week 2: Seahawks at Lions and Chiefs at Jaguars.

Depending on your sportsbook, these two tilts have the biggest totals on the week's slate. Speaking of sportsbooks, check out these top-rated sports betting apps and claim thousands of dollars in bonus bets before diving into NFL Week 2 TD scorer props.

Seahawks vs. Lions anytime touchdown scorer prop: Jahmyr Gibbs

When these two teams met last October, offensive fireworks erupted in Seattle's 48-45 road win at Detroit. There should be ample opportunities for scoring again this time around. Detroit rookie RB Jahmyr Gibbs is expected to see his backfield workload increase in Week 2 against Seattle. Head coach Dan Campbell said as much publicly this week.

Gibbs only carried the ball seven times for 42 yards and added a couple catches in Detroit's 21-20 win at Kansas City. David Montgomery enjoyed the lion's (sorry) share of carries and produced a 21-74-1 stat line. This week, we expect Gibbs to find the end zone for the first time as a professional much like Atlanta's Bijan Robinson did last week against Carolina. Play him at odds of or better.

Chiefs vs. Jaguars touchdown scorer prop: Travis Etienne

There's little joy in betting players to score an anytime TD at less than plus-money odds. That's why we're avoiding Chiefs TE Travis Kelce at odds. It's the other Travis we're targeting to find the end zone in what's projected to be the highest scoring game of the week.

Travis Etienne is a nice dual-threat option. Etienne led the Jags with 77 rushing yards and a TD in a 31-21 win over the Colts last week. The former Clemson product also grabbed five receptions. This could be and up-and-down track meet, and we like the ability of Etienne to score on the ground or through the air.

That helps mitigate some concern about Jacksonville rookie RB Tank Bigsby punching it in closer to the goal line. Bigsby did exactly that with a one-yard plunge against Indy last weekend. If you like his chances to do so again, take the Tank as an anytime TD scorer at odds.

Chiefs vs. Jaguars anytime TD scorer prop: Zay Jones

Zay Jones appears to have supplanted Christian Kirk as the No. 2 WR in Jacksonville. Calvin Ridley went off in Week 1 with 100+ yards and a receiving TD for the Jags in the win against the Colts. Who grabbed the other TD pass from Trevor Lawrence?

That would be Jones, who was targeted seven times and recorded five catches for 55 yards to go with his score. Kirk finished with one catch on three targets for nine yards. We'll see if that trend continues in Week 2, but Jones is a nice option as an anytime TD scorer against the Chiefs at odds.
