Ravens vs. Chiefs expert betting analysis and picks

Let's turn to one of our top NFL betting correspondents, Tony Mejia, for his thoughts on this Ravens vs. Chiefs tussle:

"Kansas City won’t have one of its key offseason additions with Marquise 'Hollywood' Brown sidelined, which means there will be more targets available in the short passing game," Mejia offers. "Travis Kelce was asked about accepting a reduced role due to his age earlier this week and said he wouldn’t comply if asked, so don’t be surprised if he looks to make a statement immediately in the NFL season opener.

"Kelce missed last season’s opener due to a knee injury, but made at least five receptions in 15 of his 19 games last season. He finished with 11 grabs for 116 yards on 11 targets in the AFC Championship against Baltimore and should thrive once again, sending a message that there’s still plenty of juice in his 34-year-old legs.

"His [prop bet] numbers have been set at 5.5 receptions and 58.5 receiving yards, both of which look quite attainable if he doesn’t spend the game as a decoy, which doesn’t seem likely since he enters the 2024 campaign completely healthy."
