No. 4 Florida State (6-0 SU, 4-2 ATS) puts its unbeaten streak on the line in an ACC primetime showdown against No. 16 Duke (5-1 SU, 4-2 ATS) at Doak Campbell Stadium on Saturday night. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
Here we look at Duke vs. Florida State odds, props, and predictions knowing that the Blue Devils are winless against the Seminoles. You read that right. FSU is a perfect 21-0 against Duke on the college gridiron.
The ACC is playing its first season without divisions, and both the Seminoles and Blue Devils enter Saturday's tilt undefeated in conference play. Duke carries some momentum into Tallahassee after last week's 24-3 win over NC State. Florida State aims to win and cover at home for the second straight week after a 40-7 romp over Syracuse.

Duke betting news: Blue Devils continue to impress as one of ACC surprise teams
The Blue Devils were picked to finish sixth in the ACC's preseason media poll. Duke started the season by steamrolling Clemson, who was picked to win the ACC title, by a score of 28-7. Suffice it to say they have exceeded expectations to date. The only blemish on Duke's record? A 21-14 home loss to Notre Dame back on Sept. 30.
Starting QB Riley Leonard suffered a high ankle sprain in that contest and was sidelined for last week's game against NC State. On his weekly radio show, head coach Mike Elko said there is a chance Leonard will return but offered no guarantees.
"I've said this to everybody, we will not put him in position to put that ankle at risk," Elko said. "But I do think there is a chance we're able to get him back healthy on Saturday and able to be playing at the level he's capable of playing."
So you're saying there's a chance?
Leonard's numbers are fairly modest on the season: 912 passing yards, three TDs, and one INT. But the junior signal caller's on-field leadership is much needed if Duke has any chance to beat Florida State on Saturday. If Leonard starts, Duke has allowed a conference-low five sacks on the season. The O-line will need to continue to keep him clean against FSU.
On the other side of the ball, Duke brings the ACC's top-rated defense into Tallahassee based on scoring average. The Blue Devils give up a league-low 9.8 points per game on the season.

Florida State betting news: 'Noles lighting up the scoreboard
Florida State's Mike Norvell was one of 26 head coaches named on the Bear Bryant Coach of the Year Watch List this week. Norvell has been pulling all the right strings since FSU smacked LSU, 45-24 in its season opener.
Not since the days of Bobby Bowden have the Seminoles been talked about so prominently in national circles. Drake Maye gets most of the publicity at UNC, but Jordan Travis is among the upper echelon of QBs in the ACC. Travis has thrown for a shade under 1,500 yards and 13 TDs to go with just one pick on the year.
Travis and junior WR Keon Coleman have been a lethal combination, connecting for seven TDs this season. The Michigan State transfer is coming off his best game in receiving yards (140) in the rout of Syracuse, and he found the end zone on a 58-yard TD catch. He's been doing it since the start of the season after piling up 100+ yards and three TDs in the win against LSU.
Florida State also gets significant offensive production from Trey Benson, who averages 7.1 yards per carry. The junior RB has found the end zone six times on the ground already this year.
All of that adds up to FSU being the seventh-highest scoring team in the nation at 42.2 points per game. With signature wins against Clemson and LSU, Duke is the only ranked team remaining on the schedule halfway through the regular season. FSU does have to face in-state rivals Miami and Florida later this year.
Duke vs. FSU props
Here's a sampling of player props for this ACC matchup at FanDuel:
- FSU QB Jordan Travis OVER 1.5 passing TDs (-205)
- FSU RB Trey Benson OVER 72.5 rushing yards (-114)
- FSU WR Keon Coleman OVER 68.5 receiving yards (-114)
- Duke RB Jordan Waters to have 2+ touchdowns (+800)
Props at FanDuel leaned heavily toward Florida State players due to the uncertainty of Leonard starting at QB for Duke. We wouldn't fault you for betting any of the FSU player props, but the most intriguing prop is on Duke's Waters to score at least a pair of TDs. Waters has been an end-zone magnet with nine touchdowns on the season.
Duke vs. Florida State prediction
It's difficult to predict a side without knowing if Leonard is a go for Duke. The Blue Devils, as mentioned, have been incredibly stingy on defense but they have yet to face the likes of Florida State.
Three of Duke's wins have come against Lafayette, Connecticut, and Northwestern, so you have to factor that into the equation when it comes to its defensive prowess.
