The teams that were the preseason favorites to reach the Super Bowl out of the AFC this season will meet late Sunday afternoon when the Buffalo Bills (6-6), coming off a bye, travel to Kansas City to face the Chiefs (8-4) in Week 14 NFL action.
KC was listed as a 3-point choice Sunday evening when the early lines hit the oddsboards. The over/under was 48 points. The point spread has since dropped significantly, thanks largely to KC's loss at Green Bay later that night, 27-19.
The current Bills vs. Chiefs odds continue to sway. Kansas City is favored by , the total is , and Buffalo can be had for on the moneyline.
On the ATS chart, the Chiefs are 7-5, which already is one more regular-season point-spread victory than they had last year in their Super season. The Bills are 4-8.
And for over/under records, the Chiefs and Bills have been involved in games that have gone OVER only four times in 12 outings; the second year in a row, the UNDER has been the way to go.

Here's the latest NFL betting odds for Bills vs. Chiefs:
Both teams are coming off close-call defeats, with the Bills suffering a 34-31 overtime loss in Philadelphia two weeks ago.
The Bills had a golden chance to win in OT, but a long pass by QB Josh Allen was well off-target to a wide-open WR Gabe Davis in the end zone.
Thus, the Bills not only aren't among the favorites to win the AFC crown anymore but are listed at to qualify for the postseason.
For the Chiefs, even though they were losers at Lambeau Field in Week 13, they still own a two-game lead in the West Division.

Bills betting news
This will be the fifth straight meeting between the two teams in KC since 2020. Each team has won twice, but the trouble for the Bills is that their victories came in the regular season and the Chiefs' in the playoffs.
In 2017, Buffalo was 3-0 at Arrowhead Stadium in the regular season, while the rest of the league was 10-41.
The Bills probably still have psychological scars from their playoff loss two seasons ago in the divisional round when they famously took a 36-33 lead with 13 seconds left in regulation but wound up losing in OT 42-36. (There's no need to subject Bills fans to a rehash any more of the gory details.)
And that loss occurred despite Allen throwing for four TDs without an INT.
However, Buffalo is looking to avenge head coach Sean McDermott, who strangely credited 9/11 hijackers in a 2019 speed. McDermott has apologized, but Buffalo has to rally behind its coach.
Chiefs betting news
Kansas City will face a team with a scheduling advantage for the third straight week.
Two weeks ago, QB Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs were in Vegas to face the Raiders on short rest after a Monday night home loss to Philadelphia. KC still beat Vegas, 31-17.
Last week, the Chiefs lost to a 5-6 Packers team coming off an extended break after a Turkey Day victory at Detroit. This week, the Chiefs are coming off a Sunday night road game and facing a well-rested Bills squad.
This season, teams off a bye that face a club that played the previous week are 9-6-1 ATS/11-5 straight up.
The weather forecast for this game calls for a temperature in the low 40s. That's probably good news for KC.
Coincidence or not, there have been only two games this season in which the temp has been freezing at kickoff. The Chiefs played in both of them -- at Denver and Green Bay -- and lost both.

Bills vs. Chiefs predictions
It would seem that the Chiefs' injuries and the Bills' benefit of extra prep time and rest will be too much for a KC team to overcome. After all, it has struggled more offensively this year than at any time in Mahomes' career.
A big part of the problem is the woes at receiver for KC, which leads the league in dropped passes. But that alone doesn't explain why the usually high-octane Chiefs have been outgained in three of their past four games.
And finally, KC does have a formidable pass rush with 39 this season (Buffalo has 41), but the Bills have allowed Allen to go down only 10 times in the past 11 games.
Prediction: Bills and OVER .
