There's a small, four-game MLB DFS slate on Thursday night that lacks great pitching options without any aces on the mound. There are also only a few decent stacking opportunities for FanDuel and DraftKings tournaments. The top pitcher pick on the slate is young talent Jose Berrios against the White Sox. Berrios has by far the best strikeout upside on the slate but also gives up a few long balls, so don’t completely rule out some of the White Sox hitters.
The Yankees and Red Sox will face off in the second of their series after they brawled last night. Keep a close eye on the weather in that game, as there is a slight chance of a rain out, but if they play it is one of the best games to target with pitchers Sonny Gray and Rick Porcello on the mound.

MLB DFS Picks: FanDuel, DraftKings values for Thursday, April 11
Lucas Giolito, P, White Sox @ Twins (DK: $6,300, FD: $6,600)
Twins starter Jose Berrios will likely be the most popular pitcher on the slate, but if you want to be contrarian in tournaments then take a look at the other side of this game and Giolito. The Twins have a solid lineup but also have decent strikeout upside for opposing pitchers. Giolito was expected to be one of the better pitchers on the White Sox staff coming into the season but has struggled out of the gate. The SP2 landscape on DraftKings is brutal tonight, but Giolito has the 20-plus fantasy point upside that you’re looking for.
Andrew Benintendi, OF, Red Sox vs. Yankees (DK: $3,800, FD: $3,600)
Benintendi mashes righthanded pitching and draws a matchup with Yankees RHP Sonny Gray tonight in Boston. He has a .375 wOBA against RHP over his past 50 at-bats and is an excellent cash game option batting secondnd in the dangerous Red Sox lineup. He also makes for an attractive option in a Red Sox stack for only $3,800 on DraftKings and $3,600 on FanDuel.
Trevor Story, SS, Rockies @ Nationals (DK: $3,700, FD: $3,500)
The Rockies high-upside offense should go underowned tonight against one of the likely popular pitching options Gio Gonzalez. While Gio typically has a decent strikeout floor, he does get lit up from time to time, so taking a few shots on the Rockies righthanded bats isn’t the worst idea. Story’s splits greatly favor him against lefties, and Gonzalez has given up a .300 wOBA to righthanded batters over his last 50 righthanded plate appearances.
Nicky Delmonico, OF, White Sox @ Twins (DK: $3,200, FD: $2,400)
One of those White Sox bats that I’m looking at will be lefty Delmonico, who is a great value across the industry in the outfield. Delmonico has posted a .358 wOBA against RHP over his last 50 at-bats and opposing pitcher Jose Berrios has struggled against lefties throughout his young career, giving up a .344 wOBA to them. Delmonico has also posted an excellent plus-minus of plus-2.2 against righties over the past year.
