All eyes will be on the U.S. Olympic swimming team in Rio as it looks to keep up the dominant performances in the pool.
Dating back to 1988, Team USA has won more gold medals in swimming than every other country, and it's poised to do so again in 2016.

Who are some notable swimmers I need to watch?
There are four names you should know thanks to their ridiculous performances in London in 2012: Michael Phelps, Ryan Lochte, Katie Ledecky and Missy Franklin.
Phelps is the most decorated Olympian of all time with 22 medals (18 gold) and, at 31, is looking to be the oldest swimmer ever to win a gold medal. He's swimming just three events this year (200m Butterfly, 200m IM, 100m Butterfly) but should be a contender to win gold in each.
Lochte has won 11 Olympic medals (five gold) and will face off against Phelps one last time in the Olympics in the 200m IM. It'll be a showdown for the ages.
Ledecky was a bit of a surprise in 2012, winning gold in the 800m freestyle at the age of 15. Since London, she has broken the world record in the 800m freestyle four times.
Franklin showed up in a big way in London, snagging five medals (four gold) and breaking the world record in the 200m backstroke. She's back for a repeat (and maybe another world record).
