Simone Biles continued to reign supreme in gymnastics on Thursday, taking the gold medal in the women's all-around gymnastics competition. Aly Raisman took the silver medal for a 1-2 U.S. finish.
Raisman closed on the floor exercise needing a stellar exercise to move into position to take the silver medal. She delivered. Four years after missing out on an all-around medal in a tiebreaker, she turned in the top floor exercise up to that point with only Biles to go in that event.
It's official - @Simone_Biles is the Olympic all-around champion! 62.198 total today. Raisman with the silver. Mustafina is third.
